I really like three of the washing machines, there was a 1978 avocado Speed Queen, a1968-1972 avocado Whirlpool, and not the skinny mini but the harvest gold 1970's Frigidaire, and the harvest gold fluorescent control panel light up Maytag washer, but I wished it had been in avocado green as well as the Frigidaire. Avocado green is my favorite appliance color of all times!
I saw what I believe is a 1950 Kenmore bolt-down, or probably an Easy, when you presented the pink Kenmore combo at 3:23. As for the Unimatic, I'd say a 1200 RPM spin speed would be achieved on early models through a 3-coil AC motor achieving one revolution every 3 pulses of the entering AC current.
Always enjoy watching the wash ins guys. Keep them coming.
My son has 60 up in the shed and is here today with another couple. He got a Speed Queen for nothing, he just had to pay freight from Victoria
Is that 1973 Frigidaire (1:57) agitating in low speed (delicate cycle)?
I guess my invitation got lost in the mail!!! lol. Thanks for posting, again an amazing collection!!!
Good job! I really interested in that Maytag washer which had the chrome trims on white/black control panel. that was just perfect.

Kenmore made a bolt-down version of its top-load washer that looked somewhat like the Easy. It is found in the 1950 Consumer Reports article.
oh sorry i thought it was somewhere else, and you have a lot of washers!
