She actually demo’d it during the teach me Tuesdays live with the model if I’m not mistaken and it was bomb! I’m definitely trying it out too especially in this blazing heat come summer time here in Bama it’s gonna be magic I just know it! Cause the BB powder is that gurl!👏🏾 so just imagine that with the water powder serum! 😫…MAGIC!!! ✨
I have an oily t zone and the water powder serum didn’t do anything for me and applied only about 3 drops to my forehead and nose but the oils girl, just didn’t give a damn 😂
Hey friend!! Wow!! 😂😂That’s crazy definitely try adding a bit more and let it sit to sink into the skin and dry down first if you haven’t done that already but my tzone can get quite oily too so I def add more drops she did say in her teach me Tuesdays to add as much as you need depending on your level of oily-ness that’s what I’ve been doing ever since and it’s worked wonders. My oils still do come through way later tho at some point but it does well to keep them off for a good bit of time. Try that tho and let me know how it does for you. I’d also suggest pairing it with the blurring balm powder in universal. Add the drops first let it dry down then double the power with the BB powder I bet that works for you! Now I’m gonna try that combo especially for these blazing summers coming up here in Bama it’s a must!💪🏾😂
Heyyy Sis….I just got mine yesterday. I only got the balm. I have normal skin. However, in the winner is slightly dry. Therefore, I didn’t get the water powder serum. Anything matte just doesn’t agree with my normal skin tends to ash me out & takes away the glow and dewy look I like & that’s why I don’t use powder’s. However if you can recommend me a powder that is a Luminous and not Matte I’d appreciate it. I have the DM skin tint in #13 I never could find my proper match in the yummy skin foundation, though.
Hey sis!!!! Honey when I say I was pleasantly surprised with the balm!👏🏾👊🏾 it was a nice super hydrating finish I really loved! It was almost too hydrating but it works especially underneath more mattifying products! The finish is a nice satin finish my fav! Surprisingly I’m wearing this more than the water powder serum right now 😳 I wore it today for church and it’s still giving sis!!👏🏾👏🏾🔥 I promise you the water powder serum won’t give you the ashy look but you gotta try it first then tell me what you think! I always recommend tho the Charlotte Tilbury powders tho! They’re A1!👏🏾 never disappoint I love how it’s a powder but with hyalarunic acid but also mattifying in a soft focus way and keeps the oils away. It’s my fav by far! It took me a minute to get my shade with the foundation too!

What you think about that new DM groundwork palette coming out. I seen it on trendmood Yesssss…..I’m going to be all over it. Lol 😝 I definitely will be using the DM balm under some of the matte foundations I got which are few. I usually go for Dewey luminous, radiant, a glowy foundation. Lol Girl i loves a dam glow. 🤪 also have you seen the glow recipe bronze dew drops 💦 I’m getting that too. I’m on a roll all these dam launches 🫣 lol
