Yummy Skin Water Powder Serum on Dry Skin. Does It Work?

Hey Ya'll! In this video I am trying out the YS Water Powder Serum. It's a new product from Danessa Myricks. It's marketed to mattify oily skin but I love a matte look and I want to see how this works on dry skin.

This may b perfect 4 summer! I use the blurring balm 4 foundation. Do u think it would be too matte if its used with that?
