    I felt your pain on the first and last orchids. It’s such a surprise when a healthy looking orchid has actually lost most of its roots.😢 Those microclimates in a new place always take a while to figure out. I used to take my orchids outside in the summer but finally decided the change was more of a problem than a help.
    Ruby’s new setup looks awesome and your other orchids should respond well to their new, larger pots. I hope you will continue to update their progress!

    I would love to be able to grow paphiopedium , but I found them to be difficult to grow. I'm watching your video in hope to learn to grow it.

    how much moss do you use

      Hi Carol! Thank you again for watching. My usage depends on the plant and environment. I use full moss for my phals and about 70/30 - bark/moss with my Paphs. As a rule of thumb I do use moss in my entire collection even soil mixes as the low humidity would make my airy mixes dry more quickly than I prefer
