Rocking trainers, wobble boards provide great benefits but don't need to cost a lot of $s. I'll show you how make one out of skateboard deck for around $10- $25. And these can easily be adjusted to any skill level.

I didn't leave my study, but managed to cobble together a balance board using a metal tray from an oven as the board and a foam-covered rounders bat (softball bat in US?) as the roller.
Still working to balance on it!
And yes, I do have a lot of random junk in my study.
