    Thank you for the video. I went to Bunnings and the thickest dowel I could find was 43mm diameter. Is that too thin? Cheers Claudia

    I came here thinking it was balance exercises and drills for the gymnastics balance beam and now have some new exercises for their training. If you read this, are there any exercises you would include for preventing balance-related falls on the beam in gymnastics?

    New to Balance beam.
    It hurts on my arch on round rubber coveted steel bar 40mm wide. Where do I need to re work?
