I use an Apple Watch right now for sleep tracking and that took a couple of generations for Apple to implement. I ordered the Oura ring gen 3 about a week ago and am getting the size kit soon delivered. I ordered the Oura ring because during the night I have to take off my Apple Watch to charge and loose that time in tracking my sleep. With the Oura ring and it’s long battery life and quick charging, I can get complete sleep tracking, and the Apple Watch will complete the Oura ring’s active tracking. I hope to get a complete picture of my health with both devices. Loved your video.

The actual ring runs a little smaller than the sizing ring, was not able to wear on the finger I originally planned, lucky I planned a size that would fit on two other fingers. It fits good on the second choice finger. It took an hour to setup before I could start wearing.
It's exciting to hear that your ring is coming! It will be interesting to hear your reaction after a couple days of using it. And, yes, I've heard that the customer service at Oura requires a lot of improvements...

Good review, exactly what I found. Highly disappointed and angry at the advertising promises that are not functioning now- particularly the blood oxygen saturation level not working. Felt ripped off
Mark, one more point - it looks like Oura as the company is mismanaged. No real innovations for the last 3 years and the recent slip of their roadmap delivery is a telling indicator that the company is not delivering
It is beyond stupid, to buy a 300 dollar ring, have it track YOUR stats, then pay an additional fee to see it!? On what planet does that actually make sense???
