I will have to try this style of sushi, though we don't have Hokkaido bread where I live.

Satoshi, this is definitely one of your greatest inventions! I wonder if you could use horseradish mustard to give it a slight wasabi like flavor? Congratulations on this recipe! Please do more creative things like this. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

What a fabulous idea, Satoshi! I make sushi all the time. This will be a wonderful alternative for people who don't love rice--sort of a sushi wrap. I love the pro-tip of first placing a hard ingredient on the bread (like julienne carrot or cucumber) to make the sushi easy to roll! Genius.

Master Chef Satoshi strikes again!!!!! In America most homes have white bread but not sticky rice. This recipe deserves *****. I was interested when watching the imitation crab and egg Sushi BUT the caramelized onions and beef gets my vote. As Shinichi said, this would be great for a small gathering at short notice.

I love a different way to make tasty things. I try to eat more fish even for breakfast. So, I can not have bread, but had organic jasmine brown rice precooked. I mixed up I pkt of tuna in olive oil with 1/2 cup of the rice...with a little Greek yogurt and lemon
mayo, cilantro leaves, dry onion buts too. Spread on my toasted Nori sheet 1 whole sheet...and sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds, s&p, squeeze of lemon juice. I rolled mine roughly by hand laying it seam side down on my plate to rest until all set. Today no pickled veggies tho. Must shop. Served my tuna roll with chili sauce and horseradish! Sometimes I use coconut aminos. I've Iearned a lot watching you 2! Thank you

Interesting idea! It's hard to find the sushi rice here, so using bread is a good idea, also i think it will be easier to roll (the bread) too. Thankyou for sharing this Satoshi-san! 💕

Now I see the Top!!! This is absolutely to point a spot and my really favorite!!! Thank You for sharing with us and I DEF use this... Next Restaurant Day in my all time favorite Bar in Helsinki will be such delight selling variations of these and making it really front of them - Rice is so full of work and sensitive, but bread is easy to handle and an inspiration having different breads in one bite and in Maki/ Futomaki Rolls will rule... What ever this kind I do, you will be truly inspiration... It just shot through my head with at least 30 different ideas for filling them in Scandinavian Way - I’m so out of breath... Thank You

I have something you should TRY. Simple a awesome. Take ground pork and cook it when almost done put one pack cream cheese. Cook til well blended. Toast 5 cheese garlic bread for 3 min. Then add the pork/cream cheese mixture to the bread . Toast 3 min and then eat it .so yummy . But not carb friendly.
