I was surprised to see boats going out with that monster on the horizon.
Puzzoozoo nope it's to still,a storm needs to be fed by an inflow wind. Them the remnants of a late evening storm.

not sure, but my guess is waiting for their appointment time or clearance to offload or pickup cargo or dispatching to next port.
