I think generally companies leave them a little shorter like that to make it easier to grab a SmartWater bottle without having to take the pack off by just reaching back.
Hey there, I noticed your comment and just thought I would chime in even if it doesn't answer your question. I think instead thinking in terms of having a dedicated camel bag/hydration bag pocket inside the pack, you can probably fit a bladder inside the side pocket and then run your tubes on the outside. As a side note, I'm "building" my own solution using a cnoc 3l bag and then having a PET bottle to tube(search for sawyer sp115) converter, and then use my hydrapak hose to connect everything. I'm simplifying a bit here for sake appropriate length of a youtube comment here but I'm hoping I make sense here.
interesting option I did not know about. I'm wondering if this will work for photographers who camp overnight. Typically I carry a full frame camera with a couple of lenses, tripod and a small drone. I currently used LoweAlpine or Shimoda Action X70
Hello guys I'm based in Whitehaven just down the road from you I am really interested in getting a 50ltr pack made from youse would it be possible to pop in and get some pictures and possibly a video for my channel
I think his girlfriend's trail name is Motown and it's named after her. He used to make a pack called the Prospector that I think was also named after a tramily member
Others have asked already, but worthy of a go, Tom, what size Mo are you using in the video? This may help with sales. Thanks
great pack... thanks for the overview. Are the side pockets not a bit short (e.g. would it not be handy to have them 5-10cm longer / more depth)?

Looks a great pack, please make one with an airback...
Nice. We’re looking at changing our packs for out travel. The y strap looks perfect the for carrying Rosie our Mini 2
Great video thanks I really get a feel for it now. Looks like an absolute banger.
Hi! What capacity version is the pack show in the video?
I was wondering the same
Guess we'll never know.
Nice looking pack, but unfortunately, the audio is difficult to understand. Seems like the room has bad acoustics in case you haven’t noticed.
Future audio easily sorted with a mike... many options... lark or dj get you amazing sound (inside or outside)
Thanks for the suggestion! This video is nearly 5 years old, checkout our recent Atom video for an example of our current set up.
Does the Mo have a pocket for camel bag inside?

Sick video! Encouragement for my videos. Subscribed!
Love it. What's Mo stand for? No joke, in the States it usually translates to moron. 😁

Hha yeah. Mo got her name because she kept singing Motown hits on trail.
