Third officer should read the Highway Code he is responsible to safeguard pedestrians and giveaway to them. Refusing to provide his collar number is very concerning. Didn’t that raping murdering Wayne Couzens start his career with Kent Police ? Fourth officer needs to get the black ISIS gang badge off his uniform as it is against police regulations. Kent police have a lot to learn.

I'm approaching my 69 birthday, I've seen a few changes with coppers and the law. One day, around 1975 I had two physical fights with 2 different coppers, they started each time, both lied in court and I was sent to prison for 6 months, but my lawyer got me out after 6 days on leave to appeal. 18 months later in Crown Court, the police lost the case and I was free, but the coppers were annoyed. They tried time after time to stitch me up, resulting in me getting a job 200 miles away. Within 2 weeks the coppers had gone to my parents with an arrest warrant for me, for murder, I kid you not. The fact I had witnesses got the farce kicked into touch. Coppers can be vindictive and childish if the courts don't agree with their games.
My Old dad told me when I was little NEVER talk to coppers NEVER call coppers and NEVER help coppers, stood me in good stead
