Tubby was so pumped up on his presumed authority, but he wouldn't be much good chasing down a felon. He took offence at being called a 'dick' because he hasn't seen it for quite some time.
Yes, the first thing they recite is “ I wasn’t there”. So indirectly already supporting the officer. The other thing they recite is, “ they aren’t made for comfort” when someone arrested complains the cuffs are too tight.
Yep I think denying knowing any other police constable or staff and denying the ability to make a decision on anything another police constable or staff did or said because "I wasn't there or it depends on the circumstances" are absolutely the first things they learn at police kindergarten

Well, it's a SGT, so now you know why the people under his command are aholes. Good job on telling him off. The copper at 15:50 did a great job distracting you from filming the guy they detained, without being a d*ick. The copper is lucky he's not working in the USA as a copper, when it comes to swearing.
Having read what you've showed us, his "Wanna test it?" shows his misplaced confidence in his knowledge.....same as the uniformed "polite" guy at the van. If the next Sgt was genuine, fair play if he does pass your comments on. If the police want some auditors to not be aggressive, they should attempt to lighten their initial response.
PC 11884 seems to be more interested in protecting the "rights" of the criminal his dignity than in upholding the law. Inventing a public order offence over one swear word said in sentence to emphasise a point is not swearing AT him. He's more interested in acting aggressive and big (like his belly) and satisfying his ego that thinks he can win a point over an auditor.
There is always one who thinks they can act above the law and as you can see by his uniformed buddy was out of line! He is the prime example of why the public call the Police names and lose all respect for them!
Hmmm. Notice how he used the 'Good Cop' strategy to try and milk the Auditor for personal details, whilst simultaneously justifying coppers behaving unprofessionally.
"I genuinely interested to see how we can better interact with people " "He got in the way of my camera and threatened to arrest me" "Well I wasn't there......." 🙄
The sloppy Undercover approached you like a Bouncer in an illegal after hours Club. They have no self respect . Just ANOTHER disgraceful thin skinned officer. 👎
You can see why he's thick-skinned,( the camera man zoomed in on his "muffin shop"), it wasn't mere muffin tops, he's thin skinned because all it was holding in.
Calling someone fat. When they are. Is not offensive! It’s a fact based statement! It’s the equivalent of saying it’s offensive to call a tall person, tall! 😂😂😂
Hmmm. Not really. Notice how he used the 'Good Cop' strategy to try and milk the Auditor for personal details, whilst simultaneously justifying coppers behaving unprofessionally.
It's good to see a good police officer who has good people skills which makes him more approachable than many others in a force that is under special measures.
Hmmm. Not really. Notice how he used the 'Good Cop' strategy to try and milk the Auditor for personal details, whilst simultaneously justifying coppers behaving unprofessionally.
Credit to 16433, for his professional demeanor; his interaction with you counterbalances the ignorance of Sergeant Khan making for a pleasant tour of Manchester...
Did that unfit cop have a day out from his desk. Doughnut’s should be kept away from him & a book on the law given to him to digest. Would be more healthier to him. The other sergeant was pleasant and engaging. A difference of two different officers.
If the rider in the back of the van didn’t want to be filmed, he shouldn’t be a criminal. Why do the police try to panda to the feelings of criminals at the cost of the public?
See how quick porky was to threaten arrest on public order, it was an immediate reaction without even a second for thought. Complete power hungry tyrant.
Hmmm. Not really. Notice how he used the 'Good Cop' strategy to try and milk the Auditor for personal details, whilst simultaneously justifying coppers behaving unprofessionally.
19:30 It is already acceptable to swear at people. It's already been set out in case law that you have the right to be offensive to someone else. The police enforce laws. Not feelings. If they think they can control the public and make them be polite all the time then they are doing their job wrong.
Hi, great work as always, thank you. Just on the Harvey case if that's ok, it said that police CAN be 'victims' under the Public Order Act, but their threshold is much much higher than for ordinary members of the public, because the nature of their job makes it reasonable to expect them to accept swearing from people they approach. Those big fat cops were really arseholes weren't they 🤣🤣 - there was no way that the Act could be used in court against you by the gigantic second one.
get away driver what the eff can he get away from .....chunky that jacket looks sooo good on you .but give it back to lost property .the 6 year old is asking for it
Amazing isn`t it when the police are wanting information to help solve a crime or assist in footage of road collisions, they are more than accommodating to the public. Except when they think they are being scrutinised and its like you have a gun in your hand. Happy to film you though and keep stum.
On the few occasions I’ve had the misfortune to be in a police station, I was quite shocked by the frequent swearing for no reason, in fact I had a go at one particularly foul mouthed thug of an “officer” and asked him not to swear in front of ladies (my solicitor). The fact that they’ll claim to be offended just shows their level of dishonesty!
16:29 "Is it monetized?" is the police trying to get you under data protection law, as you're technically not allowed to make profit or promotional gain from personal data such as people's faces, even if it is gathered in public. In order to do so you must have a model release form. Police does not enforce this part of the law because it would not be popular, as it would be seen as hypocritical that police can film us but we can't film them. The general public does not care about data protection technicalities that make such a situation not hypocritical.
Yep, he was fishing. Hmmm. He used the 'Good Cop' strategy to try and milk the Auditor for personal details, whilst simultaneously justifying coppers behaving unprofessionally.
big arse that sarg going right up his back tell he dosent do much work and proper thinks sarg do what they wont now we now why make up as go along great audit
The last Sargent was a credit to the Police. If only all police were as good as him in dealing with the public. He came across as very approachable and human, not the usual authoritarian knobhead.
It's a shame Sgt chunk doesn't know the law as well as he knows the mcdonalds menu
I’d have him down more as a large doner with extra cheese man myself…..plus large chips.😊

That menu is the only law he cares about..

Judge bean 2011...you can cal them what you want.
They like to use the 'I wasnt there' line when you mention their actions but are happy to judge your actions without being there.
Yes, the first thing they recite is “ I wasn’t there”. So indirectly already supporting the officer. The other thing they recite is, “ they aren’t made for comfort” when someone arrested complains the cuffs are too tight.

Fat boy scurried away when you called his bluff.
Well, I don't think he could run if required, unless chasing the burger van.
He waddled away…presumably to find a kebab stall.
I doubt it, he would have had 12 other cops claim they heard it (the Gang sticks together)
Well done, always stand up to bullies
Courts have ruled, their threshold for offence has to be much higher due to the job they signed up for
They also ruled that swear words on their own cannot be offensive in public, but not that police care about the law
AROGANT OFFICERS SEEM TO THINK THEY CAN BE UNCIVIL TO PEOPLE DOING A LEGAL ACTIVITY(FILMING)THEY DISCOVER THAT BY BULLYING THE PUBLIC THEY CAN GET THEIR OWN WAY WITHOUT USING THE LAW.

Did I hear that correctly? Dumb cop puts man in torture cuffs before locking him on a cage, and has the audacity to speak of “dignity”?
" puts man in torture cuffs before locking him on a cage" you are not Delet lawz bro get your own fkn catch phrase ya muffin.
After AA had been filming the guy being given the perp walk down Market St. In full view of dozens of other people. What dignity?
Madness isn't it, police treating humans like dirt
What a class officer, he deserves that rank of Sergeant Major.
Always great audits, quality over quantity on this channel.

We used to love going to Manchester on the train for a day out, but not anymore ! To many ferel gangs and smack heads !
Sadly like most of our towns and cities these days.
Manchester’s a shithole these days.
Feral gangs are police 😂😂
Passive agressive advice from the chatty Sergeant, defending his colleague's behaviour. But also quick to say he wasn't there. Yes Sergeant, we know.
Hmmm. Notice how he used the 'Good Cop' strategy to try and milk the Auditor for personal details, whilst simultaneously justifying coppers behaving unprofessionally.
I do believe that it was Lord Justice Bean who set the precedent by ruling that Police Officers cannot be offended.
"I genuinely interested to see how we can better interact with people "
"He got in the way of my camera and threatened to arrest me"
"Well I wasn't there......."
🙄
Great job, thanks for speaking your mind and not backing down.....👏
It's a "bit rich" that a thief should be complaining to the police about his unhappiness at being filmed!!!

Sergeant 11884 has some serious doughnut storage. I thought they had to pass a bleep test to get into the police farce !
Now it's how many cakes they can quaff in 30 seconds
No one is responsible for another's feelings no matter what they say 😂😂😂
They're used to it around there by the Veitch lol
Hey Sarge, I think we've solved a long-standing criminal mystery.
Now we know who ate all the pies.
What’s the problem with filming, every person now films.

The undercover cop fitted the description of the suspect they were looking for.
This is how we’ve got to where we are, because police uphold feelings and not law
Need a lot more auditors to expose these corrupt cops!
I notice they are all wearing the blue line gang badge. No surprises there.
Stealing, instead of getting a job like the rest of us , looks able to work, chooses not to,
GANG BADGES ALLOVER
Give him dignity ?? He lost his dignity for committing a crime ….
The police need to stop addressing members of public as “mate” it is so unprofessional.
Why can’t they all be like that SGT, they would get so much respect.
