Wolf2: 👁 👄 👁

This video cracks me up so much. "And this is how deep you can dig, you can't dig any deeper. Now, if we try to dig here, wait, it's going deeper. But now it's as deep as it can go, it can't go any deeper. So now if we dig in this other direction, oh, it keeps going down further. And now this is as deep as you can dig."
I loved the intro, "I would much rather have a giant hole that everyone can fall in..."
Can't wait til we can breed the lox and he has to make this 10 times bigger, lol
Foreshadowed successfully
@@terrasolaris5104 I was just about to leave the same comment lol

*cries in pre-bronze*
I appreciate the sass at the beginning. Common sense said "dig a hole" after your boar video lol
I hate the pit tbh. Like the other build better.
@@Firespark81 I honestly liked your other build, to me the bit of work it took to build it seemed like a good trade off for having no breeding cap.

well, it is tho lol
@@ferditelci So! ...My zero star wolves are my babies! They love me!
Pssst, Where can a guy get a 2 star wolf? Keep it down so my babies don"t hear ya.
He's right though
@@snauspockets9924 Getting a 2 star is difficult because they don't spawn too often, it takes 2 hours with taming and when they're tamed they need to mate at night with a no star, the tamed one will despawn but the cubs won't

Never heard of this game before...but the mere concept of breeding an army of wolves is something that is interesting...
In a few weeks this game has become one of the most played games on steam. It's currently bigger than mine craft. Surprising you haven't heard of it.
20£ game that sold 5 million copies in two weeks
It’s me month actually
Brand new game. Already sold 5 million copies in a month of early access
Breeding wolves in Valheim would be MUCH more interesting if they could be muzzled. Just sayin' ...
Love your content even when its a little insane. Good thinking and creativity, sky is the limit!
I was really hoping to see a video of the hole full of dogs at the end. I love how factory farming is now in valheim.
Love your vids and your sense of humor. Keep up the great work!
"I would rather have a pit in the middle of my base that everyone can fall into!" 😆
actually you need 10 more , because you doing this all without crafting station :D
Perfect timing for the video, im taming/breeding wild 2 star wolfs for hours today, now if the kids are not disappearing, i can do this method :)
If they disappear kill the original parents and use two new babies, they should stick.
whole new meaning to puppy mills
You clearly put a lot of thought and planning into your videos and it makes them seem useful whether or not I decide to do that in the game.
First: LOVE your dedication and genius designs. I built my Mean Lean Boar Machine last night integrated with my castle that looks like a small hut and the boars go down a pit like this. Then a tunnel to my castle. Don't even have to leave my castle and looks great. Thanks for your hard work. Next projekt: Mean Lean Wolf Machine!
Love the nascar sound in the background. Love all your video keep it up
Ahah! Thanks for the reply, mate!
Amazing you did this so fast!
Buddy your boar machine is the best building in valheim don't be unfair with your creation thank you for saving us a lot of time with your work... time is precious
Just wanted to say that I've been watching you for a while now, across several different games, and I really enjoy your content. Sorry it took me so long to sub, didn't realize how much that actually helps youtubers until recently. What I love most about your tutorial videos is it gives me a great baseline to adapt to my building. Keep up the great work! You go really in-depth and really try to polish your videos.
Yes his videos are the best!
My wolf pack has become a plague because i just let them run free and give them meat to reproduce... They are everywhere in the island and they attack everything
Thats such a amusing thought, the wolves will feed themselves whenever they hunt hence infinitely multiplying
i just love the content! ! ! when i thought i wont be using taming, and just wanna mess around building, i run into your channel :D
One of your best videos yet !
I’m going to set a few of these up around my moat and have a moat of wolves
Can't wait for the lox video when we're able to breed them
Oh you forgot to acct for the workbench!! Lol
Love the it!! Stay awesome man!
"If you need to take your dogs out"
WOOOF! WO WO WO-WOOOF!
" No star wolves are trash"
Me hiding in a corner with my doggies. He didn't mean that right? I was just able to get enough wolves to get back to my base, so they can walk around it. Even though my base is surrounded by a stone wall.
I just breed up maybe 10. Leave split between a few pens. Take 3 with me and go do stuff like gathering wood, also in meadows. 3 wolves let u drop 2 pups at a time, and after i farm a while and keep feeding the wolves i get many pups. Once im done let the 3 u have go near where the pups are. The other groups will have made pups too. Rinse, and repeat....some pups die, but eventually u have an army since they do breed on their own if there is a food source and nothing kills em...thus the meadows. U can then move extras to other areas...they will even follow u in a boat if u take ur time!
another misleading video, you did not put the 10 wood from workbench into the account, i will not cut down 4 whole trees for this, are you insane??
but...but.. but.. but... it wasn't perfect in every way! Im outraged!
great vid man thanks
him showing that he has exactly the right amount of wood when we know he's on creative mode with that work bench flashing red.
you are right. I think he used less than 60 wood in the end. because he deleted the roof pieces. so that was a good callout, he only needed 56 for the final build and 4 for the door, if you choose that way to block the path.
I'm still trying to find a way to breed deathskitos with my honey bees so that I have an army of murder hornets...
Jesus Christ it’s Jason born
It would be awesome
always like your humor
Love the sas lol great video as usual
Learnt alot from this, you can have a basement for your house and you can breed wolves (factory farm style).
Build a boar machine that feeds your wolf machine automatically?
Sounds doable with an animal hostile to boars and using roof tiles as a hopper. But feeding the wolves and killing the boars doesnt take much time.
I just figure out you actually can put 4 floor pieces and push 2 wolf baby inside easily. Then when they've grown up, you can undo 2 of the 4 floor pieces. Now I've done the first part and waiting the result though. Hopes these might help u guys!
This video reminded me of the wolf pit in Battle Realms
nice build! I had issues getting adult wolves in the pen so I left the floor as 4 solid 1 m panels and pushed a pup in . Once the pup had turned into the 2nd adult i removed 2 sections of the floor.
great idea... I've tried quite a while now to get the second one in, but the first on insist on being centered, so no way ;) (even used the harpoon)
Hi there! I love every single valheim video so far, please keep it up.
I just got back from my plains farm and something weird happened. I was pouring some barley into the windmills when I heard a deathsquito - as I got my bow ready it just got splatted by one of the windmills around. Would it be possible to make a deathsquito-free farm using this?
They spawn so sporadic I'm not sure it would be worth it.
So, with the boar contraption, my issue was putting it on a server means your boars will likely float out of the device, leaving you with nada. Though it seems that a boar pit hasn't offered me much safety in that department, either.
Nice very usefull
NO, we need a lava blade now to kill and cook the wolves lol, awesome how you came up with this, all that pushing and rolling is too much work for me lol
That howling though....
just made one of these and works amazing. Honestly, building this was the relaxing part compared to finding and breeding a two star wolf and shipping two pups halfway across the map by sea.
one note about 2 stars in this build: you can do it exactly as is but they will end up on top of each other instead of side by side. Just throw your food in and they will continue to breed as normal. I tried moving them with a harpoon while already inside the cage and it doesn't seem there's room for them to side by side.
didn't include the wood for the workbench... Dislike the video.
But forreal, Great video thanks for all the Valheim videos!
The constant howling would drive me batty.
Ma Boi Sparky sounds fed up 🤣
I had to redesign my pen because the old breeder no longer worked. They never saw the food.
Id like to see what happens when you through a troll into the pit filled with wolfes
They get stunned by the bites before they even get a chance to attack
I’m having a few problems with this setup. I tried 1star and 2star wolves and they keep piling up 4 deep inside and stop breeding. The Cubs keep finding a place to sit without falling. I let them grow up to full size and all four were in there full size.
It's probably easier to set up if you made a bridge above that tower with a hole to fall in and then make ramps to lead the wolves above it and push them into said holes.
A lot more construction work but you can easily 'break' pieces to clear it once you are done with the wolves.
I'm new and I think your hilarious 😂😂😂
Works with 1 star just finished it. They might fall off if you push them misaligned somehow during entry but you can fill in the gaps at first place the wolves in and then break the floor.
I cannot believe you expect me to have a pickaxe
I mean could help you get one
I added some floors on the side to let them out. Pushed them in. Then the breeding began. But I'll have to see if any get stuck. So far so good. But be sure to put beams high enough so they don't fall off.
is it possible to make x-like or T-like breading machine with wolf, boars etc? On each side there will be boars / wolfs / something else (?) - will they interfere with each others?
I laughed every time he called them dogs xD
Whoot whoot!
Compared with the Boar Breeder, the Boar Breeder is much more efficient (for Boars) then this one is for Wolfs!
First, Most of the time Meat is falling down, needs VERY exact throwing to work
And second, the bigger Problem is, Wolf Cubs often spawn atop of the breeder wolfs or each other but not falling down what makes them times glitch out at the sides when they grow up or they just stay and break the Breeder :/
btw, wolves can eat through floor tiles... so I put a floor on top instead of the two poles, and a wall in the back to throw the meat against. Also my problem is that more often than not, two pugs stay in the box, so breeding is stopped
Try deleting one of the bottom floors where the adult wolves arent standing. i had the same issue and deleted a floor and now they pop right out
What do you do to protect wolves & boars from the Drake/Cold from Mountain attacks on the base? Roof? ( ours in open pens get slaughtered by the drakes )
I did everything like you did but the wolf are staking up to 4 and it seems to mess around with the breeding. Using the door doesn't push them out
You should make a video previewing all of the farms in the game including all the ones you have made videos previously on, coal farms(surtling swamp firejets) and idk what other farms there are
works sound brother thanks for the tip firspark sir
I would suggest you show how it works and then how to build it.
so it doesnt work with wolves like the boars ?? i did the set up with the boars like in ur vid ... these have to be this close up ? can't it be the same ?
Getting the harpoon is a thing you'll 80% do when sailing to the bonemass boss location since it's usually far away and requires you to go through an ocean. If you're getting wolves at Eikthyr and complaining about wood then idk what to even tell you.
Does this work with boars too? I thing this is would be more practical than building a whole tower to get the same result.
You can press ctrl while flying in debug mode to lower in altitude and space is to raise in altitude. It looks like you're toggling flying off when you can press ctrl to do that. Wanted to share since you've helped me out so much. Thanks!
I toggle it to stop the character for flailing around. Just got in the habit of doing it I guess. :)
Built one using the same idea but 1.5 wide x1.5 deep with stone. 1/4 tiles for a floor one on near left and one near right and one far centre, looks much better :D
So easy to get wolves in and they're pooping new ones out like there is no tomorrow.
Thanks for the vid Firespark81, great content as usual.
no door either, using a stone block to stop them leaving and short upright poles set back as markers to throw meat the perfect distance to land on the 1/4 tiles
@@killernoob1000 can you share your design? I have this one. It worked at the start but not cubs dont drop down.
@@cracksworth I cannot upload as I cannot video edit. it's basically the same but i extended the framing to go a 1/4 floor tile wider and a 1/4 floor tile deeper tile deeper with a checker board floor as in this video. (no floor tile in the last row)
2x1 stone blocks up both sides.
Looking from the front entrance
1st floor row = tile space tile (checkerboard)
2nd floor row= space tile space (checkerboard)
3rd floor row = empty/beam across back stops them
At the entrance I put stone blocks 2x1 and 1x1
Instead of the angled beams at the top in this video I put some small uprights on the floor that I could run up to and throw the meat. just move these back and forth till you get your distance right. when throwing use Ctrl and click when in the menu.
So in a nutshell its basically the same framework but extended and encased from both sides in stone and made a 1/4 tile wider and a 1/4 tile deeper delete any unnecessary framework once you have your stone supporting it.
...having just watched your pig video while trying to figure out if i want to try this out before it launches... anyone who has an issue with that farm probably never played minecraft.
did he forget the 10 wood for the workbench?
thank you
how close can you build these together ?
Just like the wolves, I also like to knock the meat into the pit.
Awesome guide, thank you for showing this! I had to do a slight modification to prevent the pups from sticking around. I attached doors to the left and right side (so that the doors go through the "floor"), which can physically bump the pups off. I also added a backboard composed of 3 horizontal 2m beams just above the midsection of the box so that it doesn't bump the adult wolves out of the box, but only food/pups. Let me know if you'd like a small clip or screenshot for specfics!
Edit: I think the recent fix slows the rate at which the wolves mate based on how many are around them. Seems to mate immediately if there are none, then a little bit more time when there are some stuck pups in the box.
i have troubles keeping my 2 star wolves in that pen, and when i try to push them with doors the adults fall out, which wolfes are you using?
@@RsDimi2 2-Star Adult Wolves. You may need to install some 2m horizontal beams that will prevent the Adults from being launched out while still being able to push the little pups out. Definitely avoid snap-building when placing; the pups are a little bit taller than half the height of the box, so place your blocker a little higher than midway.
yeah, ill try to add more blockers on the top half, thanks for the tip... those damned chonky 2 stars
@@RsDimi2 No problem! I’ve now placed 2/3 doors for pups appearing above/below the middle of the box, so don’t worry if you can’t find a perfect height on each side. One of my wolf boxes now has 6 doors (not including the one shown in this video), but I’m able to nudge/wiggle pups out of the box.
@@Furryicecream Would love to see a pic or something of how you got this set up as the pups keep getting stuck up there and grow up so I have to go let them out all the time.
Spark: puts effort in the make a breeding farm
Viewers: ItS UgLy
Yes because birth is a pretty process 😂 come on people use > looks
Just kill the ramp and build a watch tower around it with an open area at the bottom. Super simple.
what sword are you using?
another important point of this design: you can kick out adult wolves with the door... had that happen frequently. Lucky if you still have a pug in there, you can just let it grow up, otherwise have fun with another hour of your life trying to put something in there ;) Update: an adult wolve can even push itself out of the construction
I just had an issue with this, that when i opened the door, the wolf popped out of the side. I don't see how it happened. But I guess I can temp until they fall into place, place two beams on the sides to prevent this. Because once it. I shouldn't need to open the door again.
any chance you could upload this to the buildshare mod on nexus?
Its works perfectly with my 2 star wolfs.
You made that way harder than it had to be... dig a pit somewhat like a moat and just build a tiny shack that's elevated with a tiny staircase and you're done
Have you tried making a breeder flat-like? i.e. little wolf/boar falls down just one floor then using its wandering mechanism to move it 6 tiles away from mother and father by using horizontal beams and manualy lowered floor pieces in a stairs-like pattern so they can move one direction only...
You can probaly skip the roof on top if you just make a box that is 1-2 meters under so wolf falls down when you pull him. And no need for doors after either.
I like the path for the pit, that's a good way to do it.
One problem with this design though, how are my infinite wolves gonna defend my base from the pit? I want to rain them from the sky so they can wander freely and kill indiscriminately.
"Your no stars are trash" excccccuse me. Me and the hunting gang oppose your sass of their no stary-ness
Agreed, who needs stars when you have numbers. Go wolfpack!
The boar frame wasnt even that bad. I even used the iron posts and walled it all in. It was a bit of a pain getting it set up after the boars were in though. 😆
Hahahaha, fricken awesome XD
For all those yelling "HE'S A HACKER!!", please bear in mind that DebugMode can ONLY be used in Single Player games! You can't use it on a server! They won't work!
Maybe educate yourselves before yelling out he's a hacker, on a single player game that HE PAID FOR!!
He can do what he likes on it.
Wrong you can use debugmode on a server when you are the host of the server.
@@BlackMadoshi I host a server on Nitrado and I can't use it...
@@YorkshireNutte that's why. You're not the real host. I use my seed as a server with all my friends because valheim can let you create a local server. I can use the debugmode in case of emergency.
@@BlackMadoshi but a local server relies on the host being active on the game to play it.
Debugmode items can be taken from SP to an MP server, all my friends just run around with cheated in best gear and weapons, yet play like total noobs and are scared of plains, so lame.

Hey does making his thing work for the farming of boars? It would cost a fraction of the last videos price and be much easier, and from what it sounds more efficient. Has anyone tested it, I am don't want to try if someone already has.
