Hi, the tracks look as if they have been laid down temporarily. A lot of the sleepers are lying on the ballast / gravel.
A lot of the station approach trackwork and pointwork is work in progress, DCDR are double-tracking that part of the line. It will look a lot better when finished, and even better when they get the tamper working again!
