this build using i7 new old stock or second? amazing when you benchmark you get max temp only 69c using stock fan cooler. my i7 6700 max temp 70c for max temp on cinebench r23. im using watercooling but my cpu has been used since 2017. maybe i should delidding my cpu?

My Dell Precision Tower SFF 3420 is 1151 socket and is a Core I7-6700, Good catch on the socket types! The Dell motherboard will support 64 Gbt's DDR4 memory and has a M.2 NVME socket. No Hi Watt PS. I just use the on board video for the HDMI UA-cam streaming, NO gaming. Very satisfied. It fit MY budget as well.
