DIY Gave a second life to the old Notebook with using cardboard at home

In this video I will show you how to make a beautiful notebook decor with my own hands. In this diy I will craft and decorate with using cardboard, colors and glue gun.

Imitation of boards made of thick cardboard.
I glued 3 strips on both sides.
Spackling paste applied on top.
Until the spackling paste had dried, and held the sticks along the longitudinal stripes to create an imitation of wood.
Decorated on top of the composition of old brushes and other elements.
In the video I used 3 silicone forms from which I made a lace napkin and letters.

Using stencils, I applied imitation of bricks and patterns to the surface.
Painted over everything with black acrylic paint.
Let it dry.
Dry brush applied paint brown, yellow, white and turquoise.

It's beautiful! As you were creating it, I was excited, wondering how it would turn out, and thought it was going great; and then I wondered what color the roses would be. Then, when the final color went on the roses, a feeling of deep nostalgia came over me, so intense and wistful. It was almost as if I was remembering something, that the colors and design were familiar to me, from a long time ago, from another lifetime, and a past century or two. The feeling of a memory so intangible, but so loved. I think that this creation of yours must now be my favorite, altho I love all of your creations. Thank you for sharing. :)
