@@sheri9186 I believe she’s an instigator and it was mutual combat at times but mostly her being crazy. I think he deserves a retraction and her to clear his name as “an abuser” but I won’t hold my breath.
This is an outstanding judge, btw...I am an attorney who practices law in this same court house.I was also a plaintiff in my own defamation action. This judge ruled in my favor...a few males anomalously hurled racial, misogynistic and vitriolic comments about me and made false and defamatory public pronouncements against my practice on a public website ..I was able (through the lawsuit) to unveil their identities and get access to the IP addresses -- they were male attorneys in this same courthouse! This judge was very quick to rule in my favor and called it what it was--DEFAMATION. She is one of our best judges. I know what it is like to be in Depp's shoes here.

Unveiled their identities... And that was enough for me. Then dropped the suit and passed a law... I did file a bar complaint but shockingly the lady who was assigned to the case completely dropped the ball. The New York Times women in the world did a story on the subject, so that helped with the cause. I very much stand against bullies.
Jennifer Garner is comfortable in her own skin, not spending her day in hair and makeup for an instagram post. I applaud her, now she has time to pursue REAL hobbies that enrich her life. Maybe she gardens too.

The lawyer UA-cam “lawtuber” Lost beyond Pluto, talked about why they might not use the tapes. She said it is because it might fall under hearsay. She goes into it some in the week 1 trial recap video on her channel and in the video she does on Stevie J Raw’s channel over the weekend. If I’m recalling correctly, in essence it would be better to hear it retold from Johnny and Amber then from tapes.
I think they can say the same thing as the tapes but to actually here the tone of voices and inflections the individuals had in the actual moment. So much more impactful. Really hope somehow they can get them in.

I think Heather would have a different opinion if what happened to Johnny Depp happened to one of her sons. Amber admitted to hitting Johnny and severing his finger during one of the times she picked a fight with him. She wanted a confrontation, and would get very angry when Johnny didn’t want that, and yet she had the audacity to accuse him of severely abusing her.

Heather i live in Jacksonville Beach... Probably 6 or 7 minutes from the crime scene. That man was definitely murdered by a professional. If you are familiar with our beach area of town you would realize how much of a bubble this place is and a super tight knit community. This was no random killing- definite hit killing. A tire would never be left in a neighborhood that upscale without someone calling it in immediately.

@@JuicyScoop not sure. Many locals suspect he was an undercover for a government agency such as CIA or DEA as an informant. There are TONS of people dying of fentanyl laced overdoses everyday here. Maybe he knew too much or threatened to expose too much? The weirdest part is that there aren't a ton of rumors like cheating or anything- seemed like a real family guy. Everyone local thinks it was a hit but no one has a lead.
How would they know he would get out of the car and move it and not another person on the road? Was there not enough room he could have driven around it? I know he was doing his christian service by moving it but lot of what ifs for a set up.
@@pattiscanlon3069 this is the kinda place everyone peeks out their blinds. He moved it because he was pissed it was on this private community road. He also took the same route home everyday. Most people do because Jacksonville is one of the largest cities in the country. If he had his child with him then they knew he would get it out of the way to get where he was going. And no the streets are not wide here. In fact our roads are in constant disrepair from constant expansion from poor planning. Especially in a neighborhood if there were cars parked along the side. Most of the time if there are cars parked on the street you have to let the car coming the opposite direction go first if they have no vehicles as obstacles in the way. Weird i know but if you see the streets you'll understand what i mean.

I’m glad he’s getting his experience out there. As a survivor of DV to see him have to tell about his mom being horrible and then to listen to him describing how the relationship evolved to what it was leaves me with no doubt he’s being honest. Nobody who goes through that knows putting your experience out in the universe is not easy.

A bit of narcolepsy education, it’s not just falling asleep randomly, it also includes people who need excessive amounts of sleep. My husband has narcolepsy and needs about 10-12 hrs of sleep per day. He takes two naps per day along with 8 hrs of sleep at night. If he doesn’t get that much sleep, he gets sleep deprivation psychosis. Amber Heard probably does not have narcolepsy, but I did want to share info about various types of narcolepsy. ✌️💕

My opinion about Jennifer garner is she is a low maintenance goddess. She has gone above and beyond with Ben since the divorce for the sake of their kids to get Ben help to stay sober. When Ben goes off the rails, it’s drinking , gambling and who knows what else. JLO doesn’t drink so I’m sure Jennifer garner feels confident that can only help Ben out , that he is in good hands. Regarding Depp & Heard... I have no dog in this fight but I do have an observation. It is very unfair how this is being played out ... so many people are blindly taking Johnny's side because they like his movies, have a crush on him, because he's popular, etc. They've BOTH said and done things to each other. They are both at fault, not one over the other. It seems like people forget or ignore all the things that there is proof of. There is audio and video proof of drugged out binges, him yelling at her, threatening her and swearing at her and calling her names. He had a conversation with a friend where he said he wanted to kill her. After some back and forth he said he wanted to burn her to death and then f*ck her dead body. Not good. He has pushed her around and grabbed her. The point is that behind closed doors he was as guilty as she was. Can you imagine how damaging it is if she has been abused, even somewhat, and he gets away with it and even applauded just because he's more popular? Also, if she was sarcastic, rolled her eyes, laughed, and smirked like he's done she would be crucified for it. Even the judge told him to knock it off at one point. I think this should be private and honestly, neither should win.

The problem is this woman with a child I’m assuming is going to want to continue working but who would hire someone that spills the beans about your whole entire private life. Lemme think……uhhh…nobody!
I’d hire her. Only horrible people have things to hide. If you’re decent to your staff you should hope they get a chance to talk about you cuz you know they’re gonna make you into a saint. Maybe the lesson here is to be decent to people you hire. So, I see no problem. She will get work just fine. Hell, Johnny and all his friends snd half the world who hates Amber would fight each other to hire her.
I have always thought that Amber Heard just used Johnny to further her career. She doesn’t come out looking great in all this either. It was a very toxic relationship from the start. If you look at pictures of the two of them together he never looks happy. But pictures of him and Vanessa he always looked happy
