It's finally happening. Are you ready?? Welcome to my complete diamond painting stash video, where I share EVERY kit in my collection after one year of diamond painting, with the exception of a couple of kits that I found after filming, and the ones that have been ordered but haven't arrived yet.

I giggled about finding a craft that you love and wanting all of the things. I just found diamond art painting and OMG I’m in love. I bought like 8 kits already. Sheesh. I have full set syndrome with all hobbies I fall in love with, and hey, it’s okay. Girl, it’s your money and MOST important, it makes YOU happy.
I never want to hear my boyfriend complain again if I order a new painting I will just show him this video 😅

First, and most important...you don't owe anyone any explanations for what you've purchased. NO SHAME. I loved watching you show off your paintings. I started last January and I own over 250 paintings. I have completed 49 (also includes off canvas itens). I have not limited myself to only buying from companies with licensed artwork, but I do look them up and I will not purchase a painting by a known artist from a company that stole it. I love diamond painting and my taste is eclectic, so I buy what appeals to me. Life is short...do what makes you happy...diamond painting makes me happy!!! Thank you so much for sharing!

I totally agree I am on a fixed income and trust me it doesn't go very far. I just started diamond painting and I love it I got a freebie just paid shipping from Diamond Art Club. I used to do acrylic paint pouring and slot of it. I like diamond painting it is much cleaner lol.
I thought this video was outstanding. I feel it takes a lot of courage to put all of those kits on public display, and all of your kits are beautiful.
My thoughts are if you enjoy the hobby, buy what you want and get to it when you want. I honestly have 100+ kits, and I need to destash quite a few as my taste has changed over the last year or so.

Sometimes I look at my stash (6 in total, 2 on the way, and 2 paintgem sets) and feel bad for buying things. Then I see videos like this and I realize it's okay to buy things that make you happy, I love your videos and finding them saved me from burnout with this craft. Love watching your WIP and chats!!

I own 10 80-liter boxes of spinning fiber. And 4 80-liter boxes of knitting yarn. And 200+ hand spindles. And 3 spinning wheels. It's good to know that other hobbies are just as addictive as mine :) We aren't hurting anyone and sitting quietly in our living rooms doing things we love. Do not apologize for being happy with something you do!

What a FUN video!! I enjoyed your stash and hearing the stories about each acquisition. I have been diamond painting for 6 years this year and I went crazy as diamond painting sellers came onboard so if you can imagine my stash YIKES!!! I do go through them fast even still. I am more particular now but this is my stash, my hobby and my time so KUDOS to you enjoy them!! 😉 YES for ONLY Licensed artists!!! 👍🏼
Loved watching your stash Katie - and - yep we definitely have a similar taste (especially the DIYMoonshop & Distracted by diamond ones). Surprisingly we only have two of the same paintings in our stash (bizar - even the ones I have from Mandie are different LOL)... I felt the hesitation in your voice at the beginning....but just know - there are always going to be people who don't get it and may say/do something negative. Just focus on the positive - consider yourself a diamond painting collector. You've got a beautiful collection and you're not hurting anybody. Just enjoy and know that a lot of us appreciate you taking the time to show us.

I believe you have purchased like we all did when we first got into this hobby. I started with a 30x40 round kit off amazon, got it, did it and instantly bought 10 more the next day because I loved the craft so very much. You do you at the end of the day that's all that matters, these kits youve shared with us are all stunning and you get to them when you want to get to them, thanks for sharing!

Girl! I feel you about buying all the things! Good idea storing the canvases flat! I do what you do as far as separating the drills and labeling them. I then just label the rolled up canvas. I keep the color pictures that come with the color key as an index of what kits I have. I usually go for the larger canvases because they show the details so much better. I tend to gravitate to landscapes and flowers...I think because of all the colors. I started diamond painting when you could only get them from China...almost 3 years ago. I don’t have any of these high-end kits! I LOVE the canvases you showed! I haven’t done diamond painting in over a year. Gonna have to go shopping!
Love your collection! Mermaids are my favorite, been dying to get my hands on that Pink Mermaid from DAC. Sold out when it was in my cart. I think you managed to get through sooo many last year that what you have on hand is not that unreasonable. Live what you do, thank you 😊

Love the paintings you have. Awesome images and boy you need to move to a rainy state.. WA.. LOL.. I know my stash is getting bigger and bigger.. I just started in end of Aug. this year.. least I live in a rainy state so that rainy day is here.. lol I love the large size you get. Loving also the dragons.. Randal Spangler is my favorite. I just finished Kitchen Helpers. I have a couple more of his kits. I have some 20+ yrs. ago prints that I have in my bathroom so I've loved him for a long time.. I love your stash. I actually did go through my stash recently as I have hundreds of diamond paintings (but many of them are smaller) and I destashed probably about 50 of them. Running out of room. LOL. I did recently move last fall and it was a ton of work moving all the diamond paintings. I am an avid adult colorist too and I have hundreds and hundreds of coloring books as well as a ton of coloring supplies. It was my first love until I discovered diamond painting quite a few years ago before it was really even a thing here in the States. So, yes, I have collected tons of both crafts over the years and it took many, many boxes to pack everything up. Aye aye aye. I definitely don’t want to do that again!

Hi, this is the first time watching you, and I really enjoyed it! In my opinion, you should never apologize for what you love to do and what makes you happy! I also started this hobby about a year ago and Im completely addicted! Sadly, ( or luckily?) my budget is very small so I only have 6 kits in my stash. I’ve done 19 in the last year. I love, love dragons. I have completed the pink dragon you first showed 16x20 and of course this is before I knew about licensed artist and it turned out beautifully. I love the draglings and are on my list to get.
You have tons of dps and I started buying more than I felt I could get through but it spoke to me. Now I just organize them and see which one grabs me next to work on and try not to purchase more until I get down to a certain amount.

Im not as fast a painter as you and atm I have around 102 legaly licensed and then some from before I knew anything. I love all of stash, but again, taste is changing - so I have some to destash. But here in Denmark, we are not that many (yet) who want to pay for licensed art.

I absolutely see no problem in having that big of a stash. I love your stash and some of the ones you have are on my wishlist, especially jojos art. I collect Breyer model horses like people collect DPs lol I have over 100 Breyer Model horses and a room that is going to be dedicated to them.

I've been doing DP for almost 3 yrs.. about a month ago I did a stock take of my stash and I have to agree that things change from when you first start.. I had well over 100 paintings and knew there were a load I would no longer want to do.. so as a friend had just started to diamond paint, I destashed a load to her 😁 ERRR then I got a load of new ones 😳🙄🤣 BUT I can't do much bigger than a 50x60 as I don't have the space to do them....... So I totally understand your stash amount 😊👍💚

I have 56 in my Stash, 15 of which are DAC, with 3 completed. Guinea Pig ( my first DAC), I have 12 Guinea pigs, most are rescues. Butterfly Breast Cancer Awareness ( this is the one that I went searching for and found DAC) my mom passed in 2005 from metastatic breast cancer, and butterflies are my spirit animal/insect since I feel I had to transform myself and my life at least 6 times in this life. The third completed was Mandy’s This Little Light of mine. I talk often about the light inside of each and every one of us , so this was a must. But I have a few more of here’s based on the theme. I have Forever in my heart, In the Arms of the Angel those 2 will with 2 others from DAC Gemini, and Angel De Los Muertos on a memorial wall for my twin daughters that were still born. I was not able to bury them and this will give me a place and a way to feel connected to them. Many of the paintings I first bought when I started in August 2021 will either be destash or donated to a woman’s shelter in the area. As a survivor of domestic abuse it’s one way to help woman in a situation I was in. I pulled myself and my kids out pretty much by myself. It was extremely hard to deal with the stress of staying calm and strong for the kids. I wish I had something like diamond painting 12 years ago . It would have helped. I’ve got 7 non-DAC paintings completed, one was a gift, 3 are butterflies, 2 were quotes, and one was Christmas cards. Right now my wip is DAC’s All for Love , very important for me since 2 of my kids are LGBTQ.

I’ve got that white succulent heart painting! We have a few of the same DbD kits too! And I also have a couple from DAC that I’m considering destashing (including Milky Way Galaxy). I also began diamond painting during the pandemic and I remember looking at DAC’s website and thinking, they have an Easter bunny painting and like two others, what’s going on? 😄 So I relate to the feeling of “quality paintings are scarce, I need to have plenty just in case.” And like you I am being much more intentional now with what I buy; I have some preorders with DAC and all are paintings that filled me with regret when I missed them the first time around.

I agree. I enjoy the process. I have given away all but two of the paintings I have done. I will buy a kit with a particular person in mind. Or, I might ask a person what they like and do that for them. I feel it’s a nice personal gift to give. ❤️🇨🇦

Hi Katie, I love your stash. I started diamond painting in January 2021 and I have that same feeling that if I don’t buy this one that I gravitate to it won’t be there. Especially when I see like on Amazon they get you by saying, only 3 left for example then I have this anxiety and buy it.
I already have many in my stash. Not sure how many. A few from DAC and a few from dreamer designs and most from Amazon. I look at other companies too but don’t trust using my bank card so I’m working on figuring out another way to use visa gift cards for overseas companies. I like the fact that you admit these bring you joy even if you never complete them. Never apologize for what you love and brings you joy. You are lovely and can’t wait to see what you bring us next. 🦋
Aww; thank you so much for the kind words, Jacquelyn! I hope you’re able to find a way to buy kits overseas that you love. Many shops offer the ability to pay with PayPal, and that has buyer/seller protection. Might be worth looking into?

I only found diamond art club recently and I’m working on Alice in the Sea of Tears. But OMG those princess panels!! I’m so sad that I’m just seeing them and they are discontinued 😕. Thanks for your stash review, you are my people! Haha. I don’t have a big Diamond painting stash, but I am a crafter and as you said, it’s what we crafters do. So mine is mostly card making and scrapbooking supplies, but I’ve also fallen down the diamond rabbit hole 😊

We basically have the same aesthetic. I have several of these kits, but it was nice to see the ones I don’t. I liked seeing your DIY Moon shop stash, because I think their artwork is lovely. I’ve only done one from there and don’t know if I can justify the cost of doing anymore, but I have several on my wish list.
I have been diamond painting for a little over 3 years and have accumulated 91 in my stash. A lot of those are what I call “junk” kits that possibly aren’t licensed and were purchased well before I knew better.
Oh wow, you’ve been diamond painting for awhile! I love that ☺️ And I have to think that most of us start out with those cheaper, unlicensed kits because who knew that licensing came into play with crafts like this?

I am patiently waiting for my first diymoon shop to show up and I have two from diamond club I’m working on now and 4 more on the way! First video of yours I’ve ever watched and I LOVE it. I have a huge stash, close to 100 DACs alone, probably around 60-70 special shaped paintings, and a large handful of other company full drill paintings. I don’t get a whole ton of time to diamond paint, as I’m a single mom of a 4 year old little girl, but to me the collecting is just as much a part of the hobby as the doing them is. I’m definitely on a no-buy for a long time though 😂
