I'm a Māori person from Aotearoa NZ. In our culture the seat of emotions is the liver, not the heart as in Western cultures...this is because the liver processes toxins and purifies. When referring to a sweetheart you literally say "ko te tau o tōku ate" u settle my liver. As soon as I saw this vid I thought "liver smashed love" which is what I'd call this design. Thanks for sharing your designs Jake, the colour combo in this design is EPIC!! ❤
The liver is on the right side of the body. Not sure if this is a mirror of reality or not. So if the burst fans out from the wearer's right then it works.
When I look at the finished product, I see the Northern Lights, so that's what I'd call it. I didn't typically like tie dye but your videos are making me rethink that. I adore these colors and I'd totally wear that, and that's a huge shift for me. 😊
Y’know that’d be a great name for a variation on this! Keep that dark blue/purple in the background but add some more saturated pink and green in the spiral and it’d look just like the Northern Lights ❤❤ I would love one of those
I used to do tye dye with my art students. We also did tye dye at cub scout day camp each summer. I always made several so l had "wardrobe" for the next year. Its also a good way to recycle a good shirt that got stained.

"Rose Window" The Notre Dame stained glass windows look very similar in shape and color. If you look up "rose window notre dame" you can see some of these famous windows. The navy acts as the shadows and the other colors as the light

"San Felipe Beach GLO" San Felipe is a small beach town in Baja Ca Mexico. At nite the water recedes so far back you can walk waaaaay out and discover tons of beautiful unique shells. Also there are alot of sting rays laying on the beach half covered in wet sand. The beautiful evening/nite sky is exactly these hues on this design. You have to see it to believe it! My husband and I have been here in Baja since 08' we run an animal rescue and teach curriculum in the drug rehabs. "Life is good make it better!" 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾
