Alright what a lot of people here don't understand is that just because someone uses a certain weapon that is considered mid or bad, it does not mean that the person who uses it is bad at the game. In fact, it can literally mean the opposite.
With having poured over 300 hours poured into ULTRAKILL, I find every single weapon useful except for the slab marksman. The screwdriver is way better than people give it credit for. The ones who hate or dislike screwdriver either:
1. Don't know about the update a few months ago that recently made it way better
2. Don't understand that certain people who play ULTRAKILL have their own way of styling on enemies (because styling on enemies is literally one of the main points of ultrakill dumbass). Parrying the screwdriver
3. Don't understand that some people who play the game sometimes just want to have a fun experience. They don't want their screen to look like an art piece composed of paint strokes of a person that had a seizure while painting
4. Have never used the screwdriver in the first place
5. Their playstyle does not click with the screwdriver (Which is understandable. Whatever your playstyle may be, as long as it suits you, there is nothing wrong with that (even if one of your weapons is the slab marksman or default piercer.)
Honestly, the screwdriver is WAY better now, and it's very fun to use. In fact it can actually be BETTER in many situations compared the blue railcannon because of how much damage you can get out of a single screw shot (even just one drill getting shot and then parrying it once can do more damage than a shot from the blue railcannon without railcoining). And for those who don't know the current properties of the screwdriver, here it is:
- The screwdriver can be parried into enemies, and the timer for it despawning resets every time it latches on to an enemy. This means it can be cycled endlessly with enough precision
- Parrying a screwdriver out of an enemy allows to to instantly deal more damage in one parry
- Gives a LOT of blood meaning it's easier to get out of situations alive, and can help with difficult bosses or fights
If you don't believe me, don't just say no to this, try it yourself. Even if it doesn't click with you, it doesn't mean it wont click with others. Again, ULTRAKILL is not meant to be played in the way that people want you to play it (Blame UnderTheMayo for that), it's for you to express creativity in your playstyle, weapon selection, and most importantly, enjoy the game by playing it in a way that you can consider fun.

3:27 I’m just gonna do this once and not point it out again but sometimes you call layers acts even though acts are actually the culmination of three layers, also you refer to the actual acts as discs. very minor mistake that you probably already know considering the title cards say acts but I gotta do my job.

5:20 this is more of a fun fact than a actual mistake but you technically can parry with the knuckleblaster! (v2 arm) it’s very annoying to do but is possible in some situations with the hold down shockwave
6:11 yes you do point it out in editing but ill still say that not everything they do can be parried just because of the existence of the black hole

tip for levels that have ledges: use Knuckleblaster (red arm) to yeet enemies into the void (it's how i deal all 3 sentries in 7-4 [first splatter on the ground and 3rd swims in the stomach acid])
edit: blue and red arm can be assigned unique keybinds: i use F for Feedbacker and G for Knuckleblaster so i don't have to remember, nor care what arm i am on
Ultrakill is aggressive relaxing! It’s good AF and a good forearm trainer with all the buttons you need to use

The campaign was great, sandbox and endless mode are also great. Imo this is the best endless mode in all fps shooters I've ever seen

V1 didn't specifically kill all humanity it was just blood powred robots in general. As far as we know V1's never even made it to production before the "final war" ended. Because of this thete is a large ammount of speculation that V1's were made to countrer the earthmovers aka the boss of violence

Fuck the normal hotkeys, all I have to say about the game. Get a mouse with the two extra buttons on the side and bind punch to forward, cycle to backwards, cycle weapon to mmb.
