I found Michael through Tony Robbin’s. And Michael has transcended my mind. I don’t know where I would be while dealing with my situation if I did not find Michael. These have been a blessing beyond measure. Thank you.
This one was one of tbe best talks of Michael S. All of them contain gems but this one was particularly enlightening. So much clarity ! It sounds so easy and evident but requires a lot of work and consciousness!
Agree... we all addicts, recovering from obsessive behaviour, thoughts & fears; we need daily, if not hourly support & guidance out of deep conditioning and manipulation from societal institutions that set us up to fail.
Hope his teachings go further in the world. And to help young people too. It's a horrible habit to break. It's learning when to recognise when your mind is going into overdrive with anxiety. I do know people that are more in the moment. I've struggled to be like that. Sometimes it feels like anxiety is a curse. Especially if for whatever reason you have been like it majority of your life. Maybe the experiences of our childhood .our upbringing has effected us?

Easy,,,,change your perception. I used to believe I was depressed on rainy and cold days. I change my belief about that feeling and practiced the feeling of liking first, then loving the cold and rain. 😁🧘♀️😊

Practice gratitude before your feet hit the floor every morning and "I am" every night. Before you close your eyes. Do this enough and the signal becomes quite loud over the noise. 🙏
If you can tell me the secret of how to do that when you have been mentally emotionally psychologically abused for 25 years I’d love to hear the magic of that. Seems impossible
First of all I am really sorry for what you've been through. I know what it's like to be abused. But not to your extent or for 25 years. So i'm really sorry. But whatever happens. I don't believe that your problems are made up. That's an extreme exaggeration from Singer. The way I see it, if I were in your shoes. I would see that the only choice I have is to let go and accept magic into your life no matter what you've been through. It is the only way that you're going to experience true happiness. I recommend that you read Phil Stutz's book 'Coming Alive' it's a powerful book. Also read The Untethered Soul by Micheal Singer. Please read these cover to cover. I've been tackling severe depression and both those books really helped me. Haha sometimes I get the blues here and there. But at least I can find my way out to see the beauty of the most beautiful light. I hope the same for you. I've also learnt to accept the darkness. But if you do try that please work with a professional or really read The Coming Alive book cover to cover. You got this! And you can message me any time if it helps. Just trying to help 😇
MS would say it’s not happening to you now. It was terrible what happened but don’t let the worst thing that happened run your life. If you hold onto it you are carrying it with you all day everyday. It’s in the past, leave it in the past. Learn to let it go so you can learn and grow and enjoy the rest of your life. No one can deny it was bad/terrible etc but only you have the choice to hold onto it or let it go.
No hes saying its your attitude and mental thoughts about it do you make a mess bout it inside you or accept it as it is you don't like it change it but he saying as well for you to understand that if you do change or there's a high chance you probably change your mind about it to so its a endless cycle that boils down to your thought and attitude about it
