  • We love Michael Singer’s work. As long as he and UA-cam allow us to post these videos, we will.
We do not receive ad revenue from these videos, but UA-cam may.
If you would like to learn more about Michael Singer’s work, here are a few suggestions:
    - Every Sunday, Monday & Thursday, he releases talks at www.tou.org.
    - Every Sunday, Monday & Thursday night, he gives a live talk at his Temple of the Universe in Alachua, Florida. Anyone can attend for free.
He’s written several books. They are phenomenal, even the ones written in the seventies. (We will receive a commission if you purchase books through these links.)

    tinyurl.com/Th...
    tinyurl.com/Th...
If you’re wondering what Mickey’s saying at the beginning and end of each talk, it is:
Jai Guru Dev, Jai Masters. Jai Guru Dev is a traditional Hindu phrase that means Glory to the Great Teacher (the most accurate translation would be glory to the shining remover of darkness), where the great teacher here is generally considered to be the Divine Soul, while we, as human beings, are considered the individuated Soul. Jai Masters means Glory to the Masters, some of whom Singer refers to at times.
Thank you for visiting. Peace, my friend.

It's very interesting, but at times, it's very simplistic. If you are in a toxic relationship & a difficult job, & neither can be changed immediately, then life can feel impossible. I can't see how you could make fun out of that situation. The situation is almost killing the person I know who is going through this.

The point is moving beyond yourself beyond your complaints dislikes and inconveniences and take power over your life instead of being a victim to it ❤️

@KellySnow that is totally true. Although sometimes the situations we find ourselves in can't just be laughed off and 'enjoyed' as a unique experience. Sometimes they can be dangerous and we can't extricate ourselves from them. It's only in hindsight can we laugh certain situations off or look at them pragmatically.

Yes u cant laugh but can believe that this too will pass- its just life happening. So i need to look after myself and try to step away from toxicity and work inwards… so we can be turned on by life again. Thats the only way to live. To let go.

Yes, I do believe that this is what I'm beginning to see. It is happening in glimpses currently. They are becoming longer and steadier. I, too, am in a toxic relationship. Fortunately not so physical, toxic in mental and emotional. But I am determined to grow! I am so grateful for tech advancement at this time to be able to listen to so much information to help myself. I have so much more peace now than where I was last year. And it is so simple, let go, 🤯. Mind blowing!

Well its called spiritual by-passing if you justify toxicity or violence as a spiritual experience instead of removing yourself from it.

He’s used this before, but I enjoy this other analogy a bit more.
How many humans have ever existed? You are 1 / 109 billion. What percentage of time has humanity existed on the planet? Approximately 0.007% of the Earth’s entire lifespan (4.5 billion years).
How big is this moment in your life? Even just this day? If you’re following the average human lifespan, about 0.0027% of your entire life.
A grain of sand on a beach hardly emulates how small this moment is. Let alone the billions of experiences that are currently happening simultaneously. Let alone how shortly humanity has existed in the span of Earth’s time. And this doesn’t take into account how small Earth is compared to the universe, with trillions of other galaxies and stars.
Multiply it all together even. The percentage of your life, the percentage of your experiences… 0 * 0 = 0. This moment is nothing.
