Hi Sirsicaa,
It's a custom preset that I've created. ( so I don't have to recreate comp every time) you only need the comp settings that I used in this animation like resolution 1920x1080 px, framerate 30,24, etc.. , and also comp time

Don't know what's going wrong, but when I add the Illustrator file to the comp, it doesn't look quite like yours: instead of being solid white it has some gray in it (like feathered at the edges). Then when I add the CC Ball Action effect, the sides and two of the rungs of the "ladder" disappear completely. So when I twist it I'm twisting a broken or incomplete ladder. Is the Illustrator file bad? Using AE 2020.

Slightly better if I click *collapse transformations* (only lose two rungs and ONE side instead of both). Think I'm going to try using shapes instead of the Illustrator file...

how to make the instability state last til the end of the video, my project is 2 mins long, the effect only last until 33 second with the command time*1000.

remove that gradient wipe effect which we use it for creating fade away effect, or drag the last keyframes to an end of the comp ;) you should be good to go!
