- JOLLIBEE WHY YOU PLAYIN W MEEEEEE
It was so much fun reviewing everything I ate at jollibee in the philippines, aka in the motherland. Just queen B activities. Seriously though @JollibeePhilippinesOfficial when are you gonna acknowledge me I just wanna bee jolli with you ( •̯́ ₃ •̯̀)
But fr, if you're going to the Philippines, make sure to try out jollibee-- it's one of the only places where you can get rice at a fast food joint with fried chicken! So fun, hoping to make this into a series reviewing THE fast food chain in each country. Plus, it's so interesting to see some of the menu options that are not available at its international locations.
Special thanks to Jollibee Cebu Capital branch and all the people being in part of the video. Most imporantly, big big thanks to filipino doobies and people of Philippines for being so hospitable, kind, and amazing! Missing Philippines so much already.

BIG Shoutout to the jollibee cebu capital location, and everyone who were part of this video... especially the students that I coerced into doing a fake laugh 🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😂
I love you Dooby. Please take care always. 😊
Cebu that means you're in the middle of the country.
Ahhhh 🥰you're in CEBU .. Welcome to the Queen City of the South. Try at Sugbo Mercado or Carbon Market as well hehehhe lovelots
Goshhhh, that’s why the Jobee branch looked very familiar. YOU-WERE-IN-CEBU!!!!! Hope you had an awesome and “BAKED” time in the Cebu Beaches 😎
0:50 The person in the background going in for the hug is how to properly enter any Jollibees in the Philippines
Only acceptable way
@@Doobydobapi like your humor Dooby. You can say a dirty joke and it would sound so wholesome :) you’re so adorable. You might as well be Filipino :)
He’s going for the Balut duck egg embryo apparently it is an aphrodisiac. 🐣😱
Finally a philippines video
Every filipino kid at heart does the exact same thing, especially the overseas workers 😂
I commend dooby’s confidence to film this in public, and during rush hour! I’m craving jollibee now 🥲
I hope that one day I have such confidence to film in public for my UA-cam channel as I would love to start doing videos like this
She's an absolute joke of a human being.
Napaorder na ko hahahha
The grassy fragrance that you mentioned was actually because of the "PANDAN", that Filipinos normally use for dessert and putting it as well when we cook rice to add flavor and make it more aromatic.
Benny Blanco could never
Tina's better, and she's not a picky eater too. There was a tiktok video from her friend Jessica, showing Tina eating street food in Cebu, chicken eye/feet/brain ! I'm from Cebu, it's really common to eat chicken feet here, but I never expected the same behaviour from foreigners! Glad to see she liked it too.
my version coming out soon ;)@@user-ir5fw3nl2x
@@Doobydobaphii 🙌
Its not in cebu. Its from Metro Manila Quiapo
@@natehiggins181 Ah, thank you for the correction! I mixed up details from the tiktok with her Instagram stories showing she was in Cebu!
Man, no one beats you at describing food and its taste.

that's the jollibee branch I regularly go to!! way to gooo!
also palabok isn't a secret menu, but they just run out of it a lot of times in certain seasons that's why it's not on the menu sometimes.
The desserts in the Philippines are really good and you get overwhelmed with all these desserts during Christmas and New Year Holidays like mango float, leche flan, buko fruit salad, mango tapioca sago, ube halaya, buko pandan, mango pandan sago, mango flan, the rice cakes like sapin-sapin, palitaw, puto cheese, and more. And I agree it's mostly because of the coconut and mangoes. Our tropical fruits. And very affordable to foreigners! When I went to South Korea last year, the desserts are mostly pastries and coffee and kind of expensive but I did like Yakgwa sooo good I hope to eat Yakgwa again. 😅
As a Cebuano living in Korea, I 100% agree that Jollibee should have at least 1 branch here. I LOVE Korean fried chicken, but sometimes, I just want a little taste of home in the form of maybe 2 or 3 peach mango pies. Also, how crazy is it that you went to the specific Jollibee that my friends and I always went to in high school?! Love your content, hope you enjoyed your time in the Philippines!
Do they buy it and eat it? 🤣
I love how comfortable dooby looks while filming in the public🥹. Our confident queen!!💅
MAMAS I came a long way
Acclimating her authentic self and we are so here for it. 🔥🫶🏻
It was entertaining ❤ thanks for this video
Hi idol doobydobap, thank you for featuring our one of the famous fast food, i just want to clarify for the palabok… the palabok before has a meat of pork and pork chicharon but in the long run, the jollibee decided to change the pork palabok … instead of using pork meat and pork chicharon, jollibee use chicken strips and cracking (chicken chicharon) …. They change so that our muslim siblings can eat the palabok
What??? My favorite youtuber in my hometown, Cebu? Tina, your ability to tell stories throughout your videos makes them compelling and relatable! No one can describe food like you do. Thank you for loving Filipino cuisine and for visiting the Philippines! 🫶🏼
By far, the only youtuber to review the Palabok properly! Most of the reviews I saw didn't bother to ask that it is supposed to be mixed before tasting. I saw you from Jessica's street food blog and instantly became a fan of your humor. Excited for your version of it on your next blog! Enjoy your stay here!
@DOOBYDOBAP you said 1 week tho? Where's the street food blog :((
gurlie really understood the assignment, did her research and passed as a filipino cousin with flyinng colors!!
I love that you have a good sense of humor and not only that you also confirm that there’s cheese in the Philippines specially in Cebu. Other UA-cam blogger stated under video that it’s hard to find cheese in the Philippines and they were also in the same city that you were in. SMH, thank you for having such common sense and being knowledgeable.
My gosh! I never seen like this comprehensive and informative food review about the menu in Jollibee's motherland. I was so surprised of how Dooby knows more facts than I usually do as a Filipino about the ingredients esp about the Palabok... you really nailed it and felt how you enjoyed it confidently expressing all the excitement out!! 👍
as a Filipino growing up with Jollibee, your review has to be my favorite because of how eloquent and well-detailed and honest your feedback is. You were so down with your Filipino street food video with Jessica Lee and I didn’t think I’d love you more as a food vlogger! ❤️
I can not help but admire the family of three in the background. Big shoutout to the dad who was as involved in child rearing as the child's mom in feeding and looking after their child.
This is bare minimum for a dad/husband 😅
@@eatnplaytodayit is but we can still give our compliments
Admiring a father for doing the bare minimum is crazy. Mothers get nothing for birthing and raising children, dad gets 'big shoutout' for doing literally what any father should do in raising his child.
Bro the confidence is insaneeeeee 😭 my ass with my social anxiety could never…
Hi Tina! Welcome to the Philippines! So so happy to know that you are here. Im a fan! I've never imagine that you will be visiting our country in the near future but here you are. I hope you' ll have an enjoyable stay and discover more of the beautiful places and flavorful foods in this humble place of ours! Looking forward to more informative and exciting blogs! Say hello to Kevin! Love you both. ❤
did you know that jollibee started as an ice cream parlor? that’s probably the reason why the desserts are top tier
It was just a parlor first, then it became ice cream parlor
DOOBYYYY I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU'RE ACTUALLY HERE!!!! I LOVE YOU
hehehehehe
im so thrilled to watch this as a filipino that has been watching you for a long time now 😌 so much love!
Subscribed! I'm really happy with this entire video i had to follow! And yes to being the SK Jollibee ambassador! Haha and i can't wait for more PH videos to come! Thank you Doobi
DOOBY I have been a silent follower (a Filipino) currently living in LA!! I am exposed to a lot of cuisines and I knew you were smart but this proved how smart AND precise you are when it comes to food!
she is my inspiration and motivation behind my UA-cam channel
I am also a bit of a silent follower so nice to see im not the only one
Rating jollibee makes her smart ?
24:20 the slice on the tip of the kalamansi instead of the middle is to prevent slicing through the seeds, which releases the bitterness of it.
@evoskeeth thank you!

@@kevinkrolokke welcome Chef Kevin. Hope you guys enjoyed your stay!
I've been a long-time (Filipino) follower of your channel. I really love how you introduce every food you cook or eat. It would be great to see you in person someday!
PS. Should have bought a chocolate sundae, too! It's a must-try!
Appreciate you appreciating Jollibee so much! Especially Palabok and the juicy chicken thigh gravy rice!! ❤and your humor is entertaining 🤣
I can’t help but notice the family in the background enjoying there jollibee 🥰 it really warms my heart 🥹 the parent must have got there payday and they celebrated it by eating jollibee as a family ❤
yes!!! awh, I remember when I was younger, I'd eat Jollibee with my Mom whenever she gets her work money and we'd go out the house as a secret so that my sister won't be jealous.
and that is content!!! really shows how she knows her craft and ofc bc shes a food scientist and knows how to critique food!!!! love u tina!
“Thank you po.” So sweet❤️
What a great review of Jollibee in the Philippines, Dooby! I can't wait to go and try it there. I've only had them in the states! I'm looking forward to trying the buko pandan sundae too and their ube cheese pie!
We usually twist a pandan leaf and stick it to our rice just after the water starts to dry out, leave it there until cooked and you'll have that pandan aroma in your rice. You also need to try our mangoes here and buko salad since you love coconut, I think you'll love the Nata de Coco and Kaong in it. 🫰🏽🫰🏽🫰🏽
Dooby made me order Jollibee delivery late at night, 11pm PHT 🤤🤤
Thank you for visiting PH and sharing your food knowledge. I'm very "kilig" to see and hear Dooby explain each element of the food she tries. Ahhhh, she's the best mama. Please adopt me.
Came from Jessica's channel. Instant sub coz you gave such a wonderful and valid feedback about the foods. I love how you didnt let your prenotion win when trying our street foods. More vids please!
You are so comfortable to watch and fun , and all the dad/mom jokes keeps me watching love your content glad I saw you on Jessica’s show.
didn't know tuna pie was gonna be an acquired taste! haha filipinos like the tuna + mayo combination and even uses it as a spread for bread / sandwich. glad u gave it a try though! we love a respectful kween 🫶🏻
Nah, it's a scam. Cheap canned tuna you already know, just resold in jollibee pie, nothing special except overpriced.
I'm Filipino & I didn't like it that much. Btw, koreans also like to eat tuna-mayo sandwiches.
@@marblueony754Americans eat tuna and mayo sandwiches too. That was probably my most eaten sandwich growing up 😋
We cannot live without Jollibee. Thanks dooby from your Philippines fans
I love your confidence while vlogging, and especially the way you described the food made me crave for Jollibee, since I haven't had it for a long time. I'm glad you enjoyed Jollibee here in the Philippines! Oh, and the jokes gave me a bit of second-hand embarrasment, heh.
You can tell Tina’s genuine joy by just being there, so cute. 💘
30:41 OMG the editing was so good you wouldn't notice that there was a cut unless you saw the lady disapperating in thin air. Can't wait to see more videos, always enjoyed watching it.

Dang, this upload is awesome!! I live here and I didn't even know that they already have a Buko Pandan Sundae. I'm so excited to try it out. Just watching your videos is already an experience on it's own. Laughed so hard on the Chickenjoy moment. That demolish me was CRRAAAZZZYY!! 🤣🤣🤣
Really amazing how comprehensive your food reviews are. Describing the taste is very difficult, but for you, it's effortless! Thank you, Tina, for sharing your gift! ❤
this was such an in depth review of jollibee!! i love watching someone give more comments other than "oh thats good" :D about the chickenjoy parts, usually the thighs run out really fast especially during lunch rush! people usually request is specifically & most of the time there's a pretty long wait, even when you order on off times lol. also today i learned the palabok was actually not on the menu 😂
Thank you for reviewing Jollibee. I enjoyed it. 😊
Thank you for visiting Cebu! Looking forward to your upcoming videos! 😊❤
