These look incredible! I got interested in decaling recently and have been looking at tutorials to know what to expect and these videos are really helpful. One thing I saw in one of your older tutorials was the different spray on sealants and I was wondering which one you would recommend if I want to have it look as close to an official figure as possible.
@@jonaktoys Micro gloss looks really good so I'll definitely be using that. Also I can't wait for the pilot torso decals, they're just gonna look so good.
How necessary is Micro Sol? Would I be okay just using brush on sealant? Cause I’m gonna buy some decals at your place and I want to know that before I order it.
Not 100% necessary but very useful for curved surfaces like helmets and arms. And yes a brush on sealant is great, that is separate from micro sol though! Regardless of whether you use Sol you will need to seal the figure (either with brush on or spray)
@@jonaktoys okay. In the weekend i m going to order from your website. Where can i buy that product that you used to seal your clone trooper? I know you gave a link to amazon but it is curently out of Stock. Or any kind of product that i can use to seal my clone troopers. Please help me.
Now I‘m confused, i always put micro set on the part that i want to decal (i started last week) and after the decal is attached i put on micro sol. Is that right and necessary? And do i need some kind of sealing or something else that it holds good?
Hi! I have just find your website yestarday, I going to order from your website. Do you deliver products in the European Union? Thx for the decal tutorials, man, respect.
@jonaktoys I m fully beginner abaout decaling. What do you think it is hard for a beginner to decal commander Trauma for the first clone trooper? Or should I start with example with a phase 2 corusant guard trooper?. What is your opinion?? Honestly.
the wolfpack is nice!

If you’re using a spray on sealant, glossy (or semi-gloss) is your best bet! Personally I now use micro gloss for everything!

@JONAKToys How did you make your website?
Hi! Can you make a tutorial abaout how to decal an ARF trooper example: Commander Trauma ,or a simple ARF clone trooper? Please .
Currently I don’t have ARF decals, but I will soon and will make a tutorial for them once I do!
@@jonaktoys when will you restock the offbrand blank minifigures?
@@johnpauljones4190 I have more coming in soon! Not sure the exact daye
I want to get into decaling figs, my question is do you cut out the black outline of the decal as well?
You cut inside the black outline! It is there just to give an idea of the outline of the decal piece
@@jonaktoys thank you

Hi! For a 2020 Kamino security decal do i need to buy a black hip decal?

Yes that sounds right, the set is not needed though! After set & sol you do still need to seal the decals!

I would start with a simple design, probably just a plain 2020 grunt to practice with!
Bro makes it look so easy just tried decaling for the first time gotta say it's not easy at all 😅
Just takes a lot of practice haha, I’ve been going at it for four years now
