Thank you for the video. I use magnesium oil at night, I heard that is good for helping low progesterone. Would the magnesium gel you recommend be better then the oil or to use in addition to? Would it be helpful for the same thing? Thank you!!
Hey! I prefer the gels and lotions over the oil I find sometimes the oil can be weaker and more sensitising to the skin - the most important thing is you want topical magnesium which contain magnesium chloride xx
@EbonyJaneNutrition thank you! And the one you recommend is supposed to help with progesterone just like the magnesium oil should help? I only ask because that is the only purpose I've been using it for but I don't think it's been working
@@yellowbeachgirl magnesium will help with progesterone but it’s not my go to on it’s own to support progesterone - have you got low progesterone diagnosed on a blood test or DUTCH test? X
@EbonyJaneNutrition I use Mira daily for my cycles so my levels are measured through my urine. After ovulation I can get my pdg in the 3s but in the tww it doesn't rise as it should. For example this last cycle after ovulation my highest day in the tww was day 4 of a pdg of 9.6 and then it is kept going up and down never getting that high again. Stayed between 2.6-4.5 and then spotting and a light period started 8 dpo. Thank you!
