800HP STOCK SLEEVE K20 Honda Civic Rips A DEEP 9 Second Pass!

- We take the 800HP Civic to the track to see what we can do with backup parts. The stock sleeve K20 is powered by 11:1 TRAUM Pistons, a 4Piston RR3 Camshaft, DW Fuel setup and Action Clutch Twin Disk. The first pass we had crankcase pressure issues but tried to resolve it the second hit.
The Turbo K20 is proving to be a stout engine. If you're looking to build a fast K swap car, look no further than a K20A2 or a K24A2. These 2 motors are ridiculously strong compared to their older B series counterparts. This thing will fly when it's completely sorted!

Hey Guys, love your work. Watching every week from Australia. Just wanted to give you guys a tip for drag strip. After your wheel burn out before your pass I see the boys fanning the door to remove the smoke. Take a battery operated blower like a Milwaukee or Dewalt style to blow the cab out it will get the smoke out quicker before the pass. Cheers boys keep up the videos, keep pushing it and stay humble. 🙏👍🏻

The piston to cyl wall is incorrect try to rebuild the engine try to lower the distance and check the ring gap and use gas ported rings from total seal.

@@ew10j4turbo to run the amount of boost these guys are running u have to run the ptw and ring gaps a little looser on these small engines to keep them somewhat safe which if u dont have proper crankcase ventilation like they did in this video it will cause the smoking issue ... if u watch the video after with the larger ports for the catch can it stops this issue
v6 civic you said the true but i am running more boost than they do and i dont spray oil only water vapor from weak headgasket sealing from combustion 44 psi to be specific i think you dont need Too much ring gap or cyl to wall with the correct afr. A liter of oil or more in one run is too much for a Street car Imagine that engine on the road will need a return line with a pump to the engine oil. That Maybe a broken ring or ring land. Or another problem too much crank pressure. I am going to o-ring the block and install gas ported rings next week! Lets see what happen!

People have made 800 on stock b series sleeves. I highly doubt their is concrete in this block. It's a stock sleeve k20. K sleeves are much stronger than most

The stock k20 never broke. This is still the same engine. Just added rods/pistons/springs/retainers after the 9.6

Not really. They’re limited on power with stock sleeves. If it was a sleeved block they will have 1100 hp vs 800
