Highschool DxD was the first eechi/lewd anime I watched. I initially thought it was about a guy that simply became a demon, but that first episode proved me wrong.
And by demon you mean a devil, but yeah I get what you mean, anyways High School DxD and Cat Planet Cuties were the the first two eecchi/lewd anime that I watched.

Honestly surprised that "How Heavy Are the Dumbbells You Lift?" got a mention, but "Keijo" wasn't included here. It's literally an anime about girls in swimsuits trying to knock each other off small platforms with nothing but their breasts and butt.
I’m more surprised To love Ru was ranked so low and anime like Futoku no guild, Harem in another Labyrinth, and Seikon no Qwaser did not make the list.
A lot of these aren't all that bad. WatchMojo dropped the ball

They do IT but the lower half is not shown, the same way World's End Harem and Redo Of Healer works. My Girlfriend is a Shob!tch is like Shimoneta (inuendo ecchi messaging). while Guild Of Depravity displays explicit fanservice only with a bit of comedy mixed with it like Yunna.

Domestic gf didn't have that much going on as far as I remember, he smashed the younger sister on first episode and then there were some spicy scenes with the the older one, but I don't remember even seen naked boobs in that one.

Not sure what your guidelines were when making this list but feels shows like Uzaki-Chan and How Heavy Are the Dumbbells you Lift are pretty tame compared to most of this list. Shows like Masou Gakuen HxH, Valkyrie Drive or even Queens Blade might be a little overkill for this list. But shows I feel could of been considered

I mean, maybe they tried to stay away from animes that could almost be hentai, or at least considered soft porn, or even porn if we consider that only lower parts are "censured".
#2 got me in trouble at work in the weirdest way. My coworkers and I were talking about how funimation could be a mess of a localization company, and one of the examples was them starting to put thst series out, even though it was basically soft H. My team lead overheard a tiny part of the conversion out of context and called me on it and we basically had to explain we were not talking about anything inappropriate, but how a studio had put out something that eould not be appropriate and we were talking about it making headlines on pop culture websites

A show that remembers that it's ok to be fun for fun's sake...also, #6 had so much potential to be an absolute classic....except it was a clear "Go buy the source material" cash grab with it's godawful cliffhanger ending.
I noticed you didn't even bother with the ecchiest anime of all time: Redo of Healer...100% understandable and I won't even fault you for it....show's a trip.

how heavy the dumbells lift is an actually really good show/manga, its absolutely hilarious though the humor doesnt resonate with everyone, and is actaully super interesting to watch and learn about muscles,workout and such as it is very informative on the subject
I actually prefer the manga over the anime cause it skips so much story contents and especially more workouts seriously I wish it was redo but it can't which is fine.
Brynhildr in the Darkness (2014) is one of the best Ecchi/Softcore Anime Series EVER and my favorites of ALL-TIME.
It went from "Hated Anime series" during its initial released to "Loved Anime Series" as years goes by and still is as of now thanks to the "Word of Mouth " about this anime series.
As of 2022, The Anime series officially became a "Classic".
Almost forgot how much I liked that anime. Thanks for bringing back good memories ☺️
I mean there’s just so much stuff that annoys me about it. The main antagonist is super bland and the main romance isn’t super memorable. That main theme is amazing though and the vibes with the main cast are nice!

@@Blade_Corps You should defiantly rewatch Brynhildr in the Darkness(2014) again. The anime series did the impossible of combining the "Dark" element and "Lewding"" element together. It work really well.
I am surprised Rosario + Vampire did not get an honorable mention. My first ecchi anime, I remember reading the manga and looked for the anime on my library's computer. Imagine my surprise and embarrassment when I saw how different it was 😂.

Akame Ga kill is hard core sadly it's been 8 or 9 years since it ended in 2014 the manga had a really calm ending whilst the anime had a sad ending that wasn't expected by many fans who had read the manga

I'm surprised Senran Kagura isn't on here. It's based on a game series but they made anime adaptations of the first few games. Ninja girl transformation sequences that have them change clothes in full view and clothing battle damage with a great story.
You need to make a new version of this thanks to Gushing Over Magical Girls and Chained Soldier.

Definitely could have used a runner up list on this one. My top ten etchi anime not listed here, In no particular order: Elfen lied, Love Hina, Mahoromatic, Tenchi Muyo, Ai Yori Aoshi, Midori Days, Chobits, Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi, Mushoku Tensei, and Saikano. Part of the reason anime is great is because of its maturity, after all.
Kill la Kill is so good it makes you forget about the fanservice
I agree. After a few episodes you start to get used to design of that suits.
It even parody male horniness by showing Mako's brother and father "spying" Ryuuko in bathroom.

I can think of a few Anime shows which most certainly should be included on this list. But honestly there are two which truly takes the cake. These two would easily rank side by side with Interspecies Reviewers. They are KissxSis and Peter Grill and the Philosopher's Time. These two are so ecchi, that they (almost qualify as Hen*ai). These shows are undoubtably as close as you can get to crossing the line while still being able to qualify as Anime and just barely at that.
I suggested "Kiss X Sis" as well but...I guess WatchMojo put a limit on the lewd. lol

Truth be told this list only scratched the surface of anime ecchi, there are scores of more perverted shows out there then what was listed here lol

So, I have a few things to say...
- Most of what is on here, I would slightly reshuffle the order.
- I am, however, thrilled that "Shimoneta" and "Interspecies Reviewer" are on here, and as high as they are.
- When you mentioned "Heaven's Lost Property," you stated something along the lines of how there may never be an anime with as much underwear references: have you never heard of "Panty & Stocking"?
- I also noticed that everything on this list is post-2000, despite there being some pre-2000 titles that are just as deserving to be on here, perhaps even more, than a few titles you provided, such as: "Ranma 1/2," "Cutey Honey," "Project A-ko," "Colorful" (the 1999 series, not the 2009 movie), and "GTO: Great Teacher Onizuka," just to name a few.
- There are other post-2000s that are also more deserving than this list has, such as (again) "Panty & Stocking," "Maria-Holic," and "Wannabe the Strongest in the World."
And even recent ones, Isekai Meikyuu de Harem wo was released months before the video if I'm not wrong, and that... compared with the others on the list, it's almost like that one needs a list for itself xD

Kill La Kill even has a group in it called Nudist Beach, which tells you everything you need to know. Also, with regards to How Not to Summon a Demon Lord, Rem (the catgirl) is pretty modestly endowed, but Shira makes up for that.
Interspecies Reviewers was cool because it explored the idea of sex cultures from around the fantasy species.

Guys must've missed Dance in the Vampire Bund... First lewd one I saw was Strike Witches, though after a while I thought it was more cool than lewd anyway. Next one was the Vampire Bund and oh boy that was a contrast I never expected. first anime con i went to, i got the autograph of the English voice actor. I think he really made the series for me, one of very few that i HAVE to watch dubbed.
Goldenboy is a true classic. Watching it on DVD, I found myself laughing my ass off while actually enjoying the stories. The Japanese and English dubs were equally hysterical.
Highschool of the dead made a zombie apocalypse the tamest part of it's concept - I rolled 😂
Can't believe I've watched most of these.. Prison School is one of the funniest I've ever watched.. 😂

Chivalry Of a failed knight was fire 🔥 👌. The Testament Of Sister New Devil 😈 was giving the Sister element was a turnoff. It was a nice Harem anime.

Interspecies Reviewers is a great lewd anime. Too bad there’s no Season 2. I even saw Prison School I hope there’s a Season 2 of it.

Yes, I strongly agree. I stumbled upon some Kiss-x-sis episodes and started following it a couple years ago without having any idea what it was about. It is surprising how innocent the whole thing comes off as at first, then again how wrong and twisted the whole premise is while it still is well written with an interesting enough storyline to keep you wanting to find out what happens next. I got totally hooked on it, THEN was very disappointed to find out how few episodes were made. I suppose that a rocky background is more likely to be the case when the series is based on such a socially taboo theme. Funny as hell though with subtle humor and very little actual nudity. Plenty of Implied naughty bits, though!! Would still put High School Dxd ahead of it on my list though. That one is just SO damn well written!!

So sad Highschool fo the Dead will likely never be continued after 1 of its creator passing, also Rakudai (Chivalry of fallen knight) is more than just ecchi, the fact the MCs get together and act like a couple is so rare in the genre, and they don't waste time in useless BS or misunderstandings, plus the fights are actually good, give the novel a try too.
Well, they have the problem of the family making trouble out of it, but not typical 3rd character that trys to steal the girl, that's at least a good point for it, it's so boring to always see that extra character that you know it's going to make trouble.

was really surprised that Ikki tousen and queen's blade isn't on the list while sekirei is there, I remember as a kid that these 3 shows (ikki tousen, queen's blade, sekirei) is like the trinity of ecchi in that era and those 3 shows have the girls fight each other while their clothes are being torn apart.
