It's like watching a bunch of children trying to talk their way out of getting caught doing something they know they aren't supposed to.
Most of them are children.
The problem is lawyers and the litigation associated with them. The fear of being consumed and having your life destroyed the legal system is a reality. Most of these folks are lawyers or have been advised by lawyers. So they are well aware of the results a honest answer are likely to bring.

Kennedy is straight to the point no nonsense give me a good straight answer. If I ever needed a lawyer and could afford him, I’d put my money on him without hesitation.
Not if you are guilty. He'd tell you to plea guilty to a crime he had worked out with the prosecutor. I can't see a straight shooter ever allowing the presentation of facts and evidence that he felt was wrong or deceptive.

We would need to know who is sending the information so we know whos agenda is being pushed on us.
To date, my use of Bing Ai and ChatGPT suggests that both have a strong tendency to support the narrative when questioned about Covid or vax issues. Certainly, as much of the data they are fed is not current, but perhaps 12 months old, they are unable to consider latest, fast moving, events. Yes, we have a right to know the AI owner, the data currency and source.
Just make something up, it's what you do anyway.

I think all protections should be in favor of the consumer/recipient. Who created or sent the AI would be one of the first questions one would ask. There needs to be a law with significant criminal sanctions for anyone using AI to impersonate a specific human being. There also needs to be significant additional criminal penalties added on to other crimes someone commits similar to hate or domestic violence laws.
It would be interesting to ask AI to generate rules/parameters for AI, and see what it thinks.

We are entitled to know it's an AI, as well who funded and programmed the AI robot, just as when we are shown a study we are entitled to know who designed, who carried out, and especially who funded that study. Information being generated by AI must include the entity that is the owner OR the sponsor of the AI. If I am watching a generated video about a drug, for instance, I would need to know who the sponsor of the information is. Is the information created for the sole purpose of selling a product simply for profit, or is it to inform me of the purpose and quality of that product. Too many drugs have been placed on the market that have no value in providing the benefit that the product was purchased for, or as they used to call it, Snake Oil. AI could be used to super enhance the product better than a slick Snake Oil salesman. Therefore, Ownership, sponsorship and content purpose must be available to the consumer.
