Not an expert but my first thought is that they have the numbers, but won’t tell them as it opens the gates to another problem :
1) the astronomical amount of sexual assaults in prisons, by any gender, with details if they were commited by inmates or staff.
2) the fact that they have the numbers but did nothing to adress it.
3) that they won’t adress it because fixing this issue will lead to more regulation that might break the prison industry.

If I was asked last year, I would have taken swift action by immediately removing them all and putting them in the correct 'birth gender' prison! Then reporting it was done, finished, keeping records that are correct to names and number count. I wouldn't need to be asked again 😡

America as we know it is being destroyed bit by bit, state by state. Obama is still in power and orchestrating everything. I also had a dream about him before he was ever president and I saw him thrown from the sky to the earth. Who else have we heard that happen to? Satan. He is the anti christ and he is bringing in his army over the border daily. People need to wake up. Our only hope is in Jesus Christ and our heavenly Father. We are living in the last days and people have turned away from our Creator and His Sons sacrifice. Humanity is doomed once again. Look at the perversion, look at the rape of small children. NOT a thing is being done about it. Remember Sodom and Gomorrah? It's happening again and God will not be mocked. The great tribulation is upon us, it's at the door. We all need to get on our faces and repent to a Holy Creator. I hope this message resonates with someone and will help others understand what is actually going on.
