Salvaging OVERRIPE 2nd Cutting Alfalfa

We've had a heck of a time trying to get this 2nd cut alfalfa made, but we finally made got a break to salvage the overripe crop! It was all budded out and starting to get brown, but it still managed to make something of a decent crop!
