The wiki page is really interesting, he designed it from drawings of a 1:9 scale rc model and ended up with a 1:3 scale single seat b17 replica. Im guessing the second owner is selling it? I wonder if the plane has been repowered as the for sale sign says 4x hirth 45hp, while the wiki page shows 4x 85hp Hirth F-30s.
There is a video on youtube interviewing the guy who built it. He took the 85hp motors, removed the gearboxes to derate them to about 45hp. Thats why theres a discrepancy. He was originally going to scale a b25, but the square footage of the wing didnt scale without changing the plane. So he decided to make a b 17.
