Now that I know you are heading towards Kyoto, I hope your road trip follows the coastal road and you visit Amanohashidate. My last holiday to Japan was January 2020 with my daughter and we travelled there from Kanazawa by train (starting in Tokyo) and it was a lovely town to visit. Walking along the Peninsula and then returning on the ferry and watching others feeding the large birds as they followed our ferry. Then a chair lift to a scenic viewing area. Beautiful traditional food in our hotel overlooking the water with lovely shops nearby. We were expecting snow there, but that winter was very mild and there wasn’t even any snow in the mountain towns we visited. Happy and safe travels on your adventure holiday. You both look so happy, especially on your first day as you started off 😃
I love this check in point trip - keep doing them! It's a win-win for you because your seeing new things and new places which, like you said, you might not have considered putting on your schedule. Also, you get the points - YEY!!! Impressive beer run Satoshi! Way to go you two! 👏🍻
I love to see your joy when you're travelling to new places. I'm the same way. It makes one feel so free and alive! You and Satoshi laughing hard together is always heartwarming. As @Colt Gustafson mentioned, I really enjoy seeing "lived in" Japan as well as the pristine, modern big cities. It feels homey. Those old vending machines, for instance, were not in perfect condition and yet they were a pleasant convenience for the locals. I particularly liked the "child's" Pachinko machine. So nostalgic. Thank you both for taking us along. I can't wait to see the next installment.💖💖
I love you guys. Thank you for always filling my heart with the warmth it needs. I know it’s hard to stay so present with your work in a crazy world, but your efforts mean the world to me. I am scheduling a trip to Japan in Spring. It’s a lot of money, but I need to do it soon - I kind of feel like I might not get another chance with how things are going here in the US.
Missed the premier. Enjoy seeing the small villages around Japan 🇯🇵. Like Satoshi’s sense of humour crossing the bridge. The vending machines had a retro look to them and plenty of choices as well. Nice scenery on the road trip. Great video guys 😀👍
Yes north of Tokyo in a town called wakayama is a beautiful place it is it's a small town that's virtually abandoned and they've been trying to get people to come back there and they have a lot of abandoned houses and I've heard that they have had they've been trying to get tourist people to come and build or take it take second homes vacation homes why it's not possible that you could go there and do some kind of walk around tour and something about the town because like myself I am interested in retiring and going to Japan or retiring in Japan and trying to find something like this you could be a great help to a lot of people like myself but keep up the good work you're doing fantastic and really myself and other people really enjoy your videos keep up the good work and thank you
You should try to set up a program so you can start trying to help people like myself to find places like this so that and help us to find the ways to receive some of these band in houses so we can fix them up for second homes or tourist places keep up
I love that you are out in a more rural area. its actually a little nice to see some things that are well worn and not in pristine condition. Like to me visiting Tokyo would be like visiting DisneyWorld. visiting smaller towns like that would be me saying i visited Japan.
Tokyo is full of run down side streets if you walk a few blocks from the tourist traps. But I do recommend getting a car or bike and seeing the Japan not close to a station, it is indeed worth seeing. But I would not dismiss Tokyo at all.
Shinichi, Satoshi, thank you for being so cute! I'm in my first wlw relationship ever and honestly I think my approach of trying to model the consideration and cute you two have has been plenty successful!
How far is it from Tokyo too there satoshi!! 1hour and 30 seconds!!! I love that!!! 😂🎉 So nice to see them really old Skool udon and ramen Machines!!!! 👌🏻 I feel it’s good to see you guys travel together more now!!!
Hi guys!! Is there a specific travel goal that you have in mind for all the ANA points that you're acquiring? Also, can you select Bokksu according to dietary restrictions?
Video cut off at the interesting part! Oh well, are doing a great job and it's fun to see Satoshi so happy. Can anyone do the ANA travel tour or just the Japanese?
@@Shinichisworld I see. I'm always just interested in how small towns survive and thrive. I assume this place is agriculture exports? Seems like they like to promote the rice and fish.
It's just age and lack of maintenance, and as they say they don't make them anymore there are probably no parts to replace them with. I don't mind a bit of rust on very well used machines.
Use my code TABIEATS for $15 off your first Bokksu Japanese snack box! partner.bokksu.com/tabieats
Anyone noticed the skies are amazing 😮
When you watch a channel so long they become like family...
Love theses vend machines trips thanks for sharing the veiws was awesome take 😘😘👍💯❤️

The points can be changed into miles, which we can use to help with our travels
❤️
why you didnt buy any ramen ,😭😭😭
l was looking forward to this

I believe the ANA app were using is only for Japan residents.
Always curious, do all these towns rely on tourism?
Although there are some tourists, these smaller towns don’t rely on them like other more popular places.
@@Shinichisworld I see. I'm always just interested in how small towns survive and thrive. I assume this place is agriculture exports? Seems like they like to promote the rice and fish.

The red/brown colour of the tiles is terracotta. Terracotta is the natural pottery colour before it is glazed and painted.
❤️💚💜🧡💙🥰😻
You need to edit the video part saying highlights of today's video to the NEXT video.
When you said "Japanese snacks " it said Japanese sex🤣🤣🤣😄😄😄😄😄
dessert looks like flan to me.
Yes you are correct as Purin is basically Japanese flan
The ramen vending machines don't look really nice. ^^' I would not buy there. They looked like they were out of order for years. ^^'
It's just age and lack of maintenance, and as they say they don't make them anymore there are probably no parts to replace them with. I don't mind a bit of rust on very well used machines.
Because you are ignorant.
