I want the tardigrades to have evolved over 900 years and sought out Burnham to advocate for them joining the Federation. Also a little time travel where Burnhan, Guinan, and Uhura meet Guinan's ancestors. And a two part section 31/Discovery return to the gamma quadrant. And the appearance of the last Jem Hadar who looks at Michael and says, slowly and with hope.... The Sisko?
In the name of the Prophets would you tribble eating grinths please stop whining about crying! Picard, Spock, and especially Kirk have had all sorts of mental breakdowns, psychotic episodes and broken every Federation directive. Burnham survived her traumas with hardly any support from Starfleet beyond her crew and has thrived, saving Earth, Starfleet, and the Federation without having to destroy the Discovery, sacrifice much less than any other captain, or commit any atrocities. And she went 900 years in the future in nothing more than an exoskeleton, spent a year on her own and still had her hair done when the Discovery finally caught up to her.
Started watching discovery, just finished the first two seasons and enjoyed it. Trekculture said season three is where the series really gets good. Can’t remember if it was trekculture or someone else said that they should have started with season three as the first two seasons… had problems. I look forward to personally seeing what the rest of the series is like.
They would do that if people didn't spend 100 years developing white characters in fiction. We needed a show centered on a black woman heading the future
@suzygirl1843 man...I don't even know what you're on about. I mention the lack of character development for the bridge crew, which, is pretty unusual for a trek show, and you're off about race... C'mon.. do better...
Im gonna use my psychic power to predict what happens in S6 without even watching this video. A woman, who is inexplicably named "Micheal", has wild mood swings, bouncing between insane cartoon "Joker" smile, to a "Mr. Beast" creepy non smile, back to a "Joker" smile but with tears in her eyes, then finally just uncontrollably sobbing with intermittent bursts of laughter that are genuinely disturbing.
@Howyaduing Black women and white women are not the same. Go watch Wicked and get educated on intersectional feminism. Feminism was NEVER meant for black women (African women never fell for it because it just sounded extremist and anti-African). So don't compare Michael Burnham, an adopted black American woman to Janeway, a privileged white woman. Black women are viewed in a separate lens
This was a good show period. I was sad to see it end so abruptly, without was sure to be an evolving story line. This show kicked off the resurgence of today’s Trek, and launched a new streaming platform to boot and did it well. Sonequa Martin-Green was a great addition to Star Trek legends class.
Please don't... I've never ever wished ill to any main character besides Michael Burnham. The first season was passable, the second watchable but after that I couldn't stand her whiny face. Like she should be in jail for every single action she has taken yet her superiors just hand her new missions with a slap on the wrists. Strange New Worlds and Lower Decks are much more superior shows.
The final season was so bad that I couldn’t fathom a sixth season. Once they jumped to the future, the storyline became ridiculous. Now Strange New Worlds has recaptured the flavor of TOS.
@@larryramos3709 It doesn't matter, it serves the character. You know its fiction, right? Is Twilight's Bella Swan Helen of Troy? By all means no. You never called out the lack of story for movies you like targeted at you.
@suzygirl1843 What matters is they try to push Discovery and it's characters as Star Trek. That program has nothing to do with Trek and I don't care for others trying to push it on loyal Trekkers as Trek.

@MrJohneblaze822 Wokeness is an overemphasis on political correctness and social justice issues, sometimes to the point of being divisive or excessive. It is an attempt to police language and behavior and undermine traditional values and freedoms such as the freedom of speech.
What would you liked to have seen happen in Star Trek Discovery?

Discovery was the best and the highest technology! It should have been 6 seasons
I loved this show so much! ❤
Emotional depth ... non stop crying over everything
,,,& ANY thing

Did you guys get held at gunpoint by CBS to make this?
I do that or somebody’s paying big money to talk positive about STD
Teaching the Captain you can't whisper every line
Just because some writer says they didn't intend to leave Calypso hanging doesn't mean they had a plan to connect it.
Discover was a good show
Be really good if there is a series 6 can’t wait .
There would have been some bridge crew character development.
You know, for Lt what's his name...and Lt Cmdr her....

Ever heard of Captain James T Kirk? What it only awesome when it's a man?
@@suzygirl1843 remember Captain Catherine Janeway first woman captain in Star Trek and it was still watchable

Tell us about her son's ship and adventures
The last 2.5 seasons made the show commit suicide, the last 2 seasons were just virtue signaling garbage.
Future this s*** is so dead
Battle can wait. We have to discuss our feelings first.
The final season was so bad that I couldn’t fathom a sixth season. Once they jumped to the future, the storyline became ridiculous. Now Strange New Worlds has recaptured the flavor of TOS.
Discovery had plots?!!!
Michael Bay had plots?????
They’re still doing this show? Color me surprised
Oh never mind but still five seasons is about two more than I was expecting based on the first few
Let me guess... Just a whole bunch of crying
It’s possible that discovery could be taken over the movie side.I also think something is happening with the 60th anniversary
I just sad they discounted the serie😢
As Nerdrotic lovingly calls her, "Space Jesus"!
Jesus was black
@@suzygirl1843 True, but that character is far from being Jesus Christ but she damned sure thinks she's Jesus !

Glad this show is dead, the constant 'Cry-splaining" made any of the show hard to watch.
How is it 'inclusive' to exclude normal hetero men?
Discovery IS NOT Trek ! ! !
This show just wasn't great 🤷♂️
It wasn't the only one. CW fans will watch Riverdale for 7 seasons straight, don't mean it doesn't have a place in pop culture
Also known for its wokeness.
What is wokeness?

A democratic party fantasy if what star trek should be. Extremely progressive with a demcrat as the federation president.
