Honestly, the fact that you can change the settings from the Flamma itself instead of the app, is future proofing. When the app one day (unfortunately inevitably) goes down for whatever reason, the Flamma would still be useable regardless.
I see your point, but I'd way rather use the app still!

It may be the signal chain from device to interface, but the latency seems pretty long. Is it better directly through headphones?
I just got one of these, so far kinda meh about it. I really hope there is an update that will have overdrives and be able to use IR's otherwise just meh . The built in cab kinda blows

Still not 100% sold on these wireless transmitters. At least this cheap $50 one I got. It works great and everything it’s just when it comes to my guitars with active pickups, the signal is slightly weaker then normal pick ups
That's weird, seems like it should be the opposite. I mean comparatively to the headphone amps that I used to use when I first started... these are light years ahead in terms of what they do and how you can use them. But that's kind of true of most guitar tech now.
I feel like I would want a 20ft male to female 1/4 cable. I’d plug my guitar in with the male end and plug this unit into the female end. I just don’t know about having these devices directly hanging off my instrument jack. Hell I suppose you could even install something like this on a pedalboard
