Was there at the first Soul Kitchen in Red Bank, N.J. in October. We were in the town for another event and just stopped by this place, although we were too early for lunch so didn't actually go inside. Got to speak with one of the volunteers who claimed that Jon Bon Jovi is a very down to earth, humble kind of guy who really cares about all people and all walks of life. What a truly wonderful human being he is!!
This is extremely heart warming. Not only does ppl not have to go hungry bc they have no money but nobody has to eat alone if they come by theirself. Love it !!!!

The soul Kitchen is part of the One World Everybody Eats Foundation and I know that because my dad helped start the Soul Kitchen with JBJ back in 2011. My father actually helped start the first one in Salt Lake city in 2003.

Because as an ex addict I would have loved to of been able to go to a place such as this to get food and would of been appy to work for it and also would have been honest too....but would I of been given the same chance?....#justaskin
