- Jon Bon Jovi takes us into his New Jersey home and at 62, explains how his diet and exercise has changed through out his career - from the beginning days of Bon Jovi until performing on stage today. Sharing details on his recent throat surgery, he tells us what his recovery process has included. His motto is everything in moderation and he explains how he lives by that.

Being way above average looking as a young guy to begin with - and then having a endless money tap throughout your life - means you can afford to look that good with little effort, as long as you make the right decisions in your diet and sleep. Look at the dumb kardashians, and how much they have altered their bodies and faces - most of them are unrecognizable compared to their youth.... and don't get me started on how much Bruce/Caitlyn Jenner has changed! 😅
Money can do ALOT of things to your body, for better or worse - especially when you had a exceptional base to build to work off to begin with. If most the people on the street had millions (or hundreds of millions) in the bank for a majority of our life - we too would probably looks atleast twice as good as we do now (if not more so). Barring some terrible accident or health issues ofcourse. 🤔
Resources can drastically alter a persons life, health, appearance and even longevity. People who have them and fail to make use of them when the majority of the world is still struggling to have access to health care, or basic needs - are just depriving themselves of the biggest advantage of economic security. That's why when you see really frumpy looking rich people, you have to wonder how more 'fugly' they would be if they had been poor their whole life. lol.🙂

As someone who physically "collapsed" at the age of 36, I'd say don't wait until you get older. Start at 30 for the smooth transition.

Have to laugh, if he did not become a rock star, he would have been the greatest marketing guy and seller in the world..his wine, new album, radiostation..he snoke it in there between..he always manage that. A true seller. Love this guy and loved that he wanted to work out with Arnold!

That’s how these videos are executed so well. There are multiple interviews to discuss coverage, language, dress, etc. prior that sets all that up.

I am 53 years old, in the eithies i was already touched by Bon Jovi. It s good to see such a talented rockstar take good care for himself. It s the first time i see that. And it s a comfort because i m on the same way. I have to watcy what i eat...
He looks great and obviously works at it, great genetics too. But let's face it, working out every day and doing the variety of stuff these celebs do, it helps a lot to have a gym like this in your home. 😊
