Thank you for the responses. So as it turned out, after much trouble shooting, it was discovered that the new metal screen door that had been installed, was pressing on a section of the doorbell wires. Once the wires were replaced and repositioned from being compressed, it worked!!

For $80 US I MUCH rather prefer the Wyze Cam Pan V3 which is outdoor rated also, has saveable zones, will track movement and works with NO subscription with an SD card and be had for $30 US on sale many times an Amazon or elsewhere. I'm a Ring Alarm Pro hub user but this price is OUTRAGEOUS for the LACK of features it offers and just say NOPE! NOT WORTH IT at $80 bucks!
@@ApartmentMaintenancePro ; Wyze cameras also offer a starlight sensor which is FAR superior in low light conditions for outside or in a dark room or pointed out a window behind the glass like I use them for. Like I said I have Ring Alarm and have MANY of their cameras on my 24/7 plan but Wyze is just WAY better in low light and still provides color night vision and works well with an SD card installed at NO extra fees. Also works with Alexa routines well too...I do NOT like to keep all my eggs in ONE basket so to speak. AND cheaper!
Thanks so much! I had no idea how to use the hardware lol. I appreciate the this, installed it myself and looks great!
Thank's great help. How would we cope without UA-cam.
How long is the cord it comes with please?
My wired ring doorbell camera went offline. It isn't receiving power now, as it doesn't light up at all. Please, can you help with any suggestions?
Check power at the step down transformer
Do a TOTAL reset and set the camera up as "new" I only had to do this ONCE since been using Ring since 2018.
