First of all i like to say to you my friend very good content I really enjoyed watching this very informative you really know what you’re doing and very tidy work under the bonnet 👍🏼👏🏼
Thank you. You can use 4 22A lead acid bateries in series for a 48v pack. And a vesc 6 controller is much cheaper also the charger for lead acid batery is cheaper
Could you give me the information about anti spark plugs? I'm going with Reacher D107L165 BLDC Rated current 200A Peak current 380A 22S LiPo and VESC 100V250A. Do you have any contact? Thank you for your dedication.
Awesome work! Just wondering how did you wire gear shifter into ppm portz I see you only utilised 2 wires and wondering what they are. (5v and ppm or gnd and ppm) And also how did you wire those two wires to gear shifter? ie which terminals and etc.
Thank you The shifter it just a 3 way switch. the controller uses just one of the positions to determine if you move forward(or reverse). if those two wires are not connected the car will go in reverse. this controller doesn't have a neutral mode
Thanks for your videos. Could you tell me pls how much would cost that vesc 100/250 and those 3 batteries? Where did you buy them from I just ordered the same car and I may go through those modifications as well. Thanks again
My goal is to wire this vesc to a 25kw 120100 brushless motor from freechobby with 8kwh worth of 94v lifepo4 battery. All on a 450kg car. Do you think it would be enough? If i use the original transmission the wheight would add up tô 500kg, but the gears would come in handy. My town is flat and my calculations governo me 65km of range.
I think you need a bigger controller and probably a bigger motor. 450kg plus driver needs a lot of torque to move. Trampa is working on a bigger vesc . you should get in touch with them
does that controller have a wattage output setting ? if so where are you setting your watts at for the stock motor its rated at 180w just curious if where or what watts your running through the controller and out of the batt packs
if you have seen my other videos i have very fast acceleration. the settings in my controller are 150A continuous at 75v with no wattage limitation. that means the motor uses around 11kw maximum power. I also tested at 190A and the motor still works. It is a amazing motor
@@ExtremePowerWheels wow that is crazy! ok well i think im gonna keep one of the motors i ordered just for funsies lol. So i ordered a 48v Lithium pack 20ah the controller i am going to use is an amazon controller 1800w 40a speed controller :/ are you still using the Vesc controller ? im just curious how it handles all the amperage with little cooling ?
If you are using brushed dual motors you can use a dual vesc 6. It works with brushed and brushless motors up to 12s lipo or 4 12v lead acid batteries in series
@@ExtremePowerWheels sorry for the late reply, never notified me. Thank you for taking your time and replying. I’m actually getting my son the veneno for Xmas. Planning to do this upgrade to his. Was wondering if an when I do, may I ask you for some advice and guidance?
Can you please send me the Controller highest controller and those cables that I need to upgrade To Australia. I m happy to pay you bother. It’s really awesome video

Nice vid, could you go into more detail about modifying wires from the motor?
I loved your video keep going bro
I wish I had one of this battery you have but can't afford it
Thank you.

Thanks again
vesc is from trampaboards.com and the batteries from hobbyking.com.
i dont know the prices
Where did you pick up that heat sink?
What size is the connector ports? I can find the type

I m curious do upgrade my daughter car I have same ones
I love your videos
thank you
How long does it last per drive
hi man, so if i just bought the stock car and the controller and battery I could do this too?! thanks! just asking
you can if you do enough research and learn how. it not that simple but it not very hard
How did you add reverse button to vesc?
The switch is connected to the ppm port betwin ground and signal wires
do you have to plug in all 3 wires on the controller? does it wotk with 3 series in 1 socket?
The xt90 plugs on the controller are connected in paralel to split the load. You can use only one but you will heat the wires if you use a lot of amps
@@ExtremePowerWheels thanks for your attention :)
Isn’t this VESC for electric longboards?
The vesc controller is for brushless motors. This one can power one motor at 92v and 250amps continious. So it not for longboards.
