I like harmony as an archetype but waters was definitely overbuffed
2 units each 6 power out of bronze removal range and engines for 9 prov is a bit too good. I think just a provision buff would have been fine.

Funny how everyone said this game would die once cpdr stopped supporting it but it still is stronger then ever!
Saskia to 5 Power was a huge mistake. Waters is okay and can stay at least for some seasons. Harmony overall is a wholesome archetype.
I like the Water change and Harmony in general. My issue is I don't agree with the tendency for certain communities making the balance council to push 3+ buffs through for the same deck in one patch.
Jup this and ping pong nerfs/buffs hold the balance council back the most. I can think of countless underused cards in need of a buff for example the tidecloak lady that gives vitality equal to your coin count@@platinumpatrol2964

@@platinumpatrol2964 Fully agree. Three or more buffs/nerfs for one archetype during one balancing council are usually ridiculous. E.g. the recent buffs for Warriors and on the other hand too much nerfs for the Otkell Pirates.
yeah this could be turned down a notch. reminds me of the meta with old harmony, (all the way back in 2019 I think) where you would just stare at opponents points at wonder where they came from
You see waters in almost every single ST deck now. Even unitless simlas heavy control madoc decks for some reason

Its braindead point slam...like most ST decks.
Could you try and make a deck with cards that don’t really get used but are cool and unique

In game 3 I would say the heatwave on Emyr would have been worth it given the amount of points it generated

Doesn’t feel like that long ago when harmony was basically the worst archetype in ST and arguably any faction, a few cards in the last card drops and a few balance councils later and it’s something above S-tier 😂

I really like your content. Wouldnt you like some guide for how to be better at this game. I think almost everyone would like this cuz you have just begginer guides but guides for rank 3-7 dont exist.
I've thought about it. What stopped me from doing it is a lot of what people in those ranks need is experience and knowing what the opponent is playing and how to think ahead to counter or force out those plays and that's hard to teach in a video.
@@platinumpatrol2964 True, Gwent is kinda like chess in that regard where you need to think two steps ahead but unlike chess you dont know what your opponent is playing and there is always different variations. And only very top players are familiar with every archetype and deckbuilding. But I think you can still make a tips and tricks type of video where you can teach people things that are not so obvious. for example anglerfish will not go back in the deck if the rain or storm disappears on the last turn of the game. Stuff like that could be good
@@platinumpatrol2964 That's true and that's also hard to teach (if possible at all) but i may suggest two ideas on how such a Series could work:
1) With no new Cards and big changes on cards Texts (so their respective action so to speak) there are Decks or archetypes which will be here as long as the game won't shut down. So you could make a series where you explain archetypes (like harmony or Warriors or Deathwish) in generell (so not an exact deck but the principles). This don't need to be with gameplay at all but just things like "does this deck like a Long R3 or a short R"§ or "what counters this archetype" etc.
2) You could talk about generell things like what happens if you go down to 4 cards in R1 and loose on even or maybe even what are generell R1, R2 and R3 plans or something like that.
Just some ideas, maybe you could work with that.
