    Recipe:
    200 g quark or Greek yogurt (I used quark with 40% fat, 20% or low-fat curd is also possible)
    3 eggs (size M)
    100g ground almonds
    100g mixed seeds (for example: sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame)
    80-120g mixed nuts
    30g linseed (preferably ground)
    16g psyllium husks (not whole psyllium!!!)
    2 teaspoons of baking soda
    1 tsp salt
