I love how Glenn Kirschner was shocked, just shocked, when Trump mowed over Engoron's bond requirement-got it reduced by half. Now Kirschner is telling us how this latest judge isn't going to put up with Trump's shenanigans. Kirschner's faith in the rule of law, as regards Trump, is flirting with an almost endearing innocence and naïvety. He must be the most naïve prosecutor I've ever listened to. Can't wait for the next video when Kirschner is once more looking for his dropped jaw after Trump delays this current trial into 2036. Don't get me wrong, I want to see Trump in prison-and yesterday; but I'm beyond cynical at this point.

That's where he should have been on day one! He should have only been released every time he had to face court, and put straight back in when his court case finished. He also should not have any access to any form of communication while in detention and have no visitors. Had this had of happened, then America would not find itself in the mess it's in now with the judicial system not doing their job properly. Perhaps Trump might be in prison permenantly. Unfortunately we will never know and America will just have to suffer Trumps delay and grifting tactics and see what happens. Best thing in the long run would be for everyone of voting age vote for Biden and make the winning margin so great that Trump will not be able to try the same tactics all over again.

They may not play, but the appeals court gave him the money he needs to appeal to the supreme court where his buddies are and they will do everything in their power to drop this hush money case. I so agree. Warnings without consequence is worse than no warning at all. It emboldens the criminal to spit in your face. That's what he has done time and time again.
The judge doesn’t want to be reversed on appeal. To avoid reversal, the judge has to give the deft (or defense atty) a graduated set of warnings about the consequences of continued misconduct. Unless something totally bizarre happens, the judge can’t throw the deft in jail on the very first misstep. Yeah, watching from the outside, it can be aggravating and frustrating seeing Trump apparently getting away with s**t. But the judge knows what he’s doing. And if you recall the EJCarroll trial in January (which seems like 100 years ago), the judge presiding over that trial handled Trump and the attorneys pretty much the same way as Judge Marchan is doing.

I am not sure that most Americans particularly care enough to even be following this.
It's a game. i said from the start that nothing much would come of the trials. The indictments were started to get Trump into the game again and it worked. They did not really want Trump in prison, they just wanted him to run and create chaos to do all their other dirty work behind closed doors. trump will never pay that half billion judgement against him. The bond was reduced by half and now he will appeal again through all the courts which will take 3 to 4 years. Carrol will not see her money either.
Georgia is totally messed up and the judge already said that Trump could appeal the new ruling. Cannon in Florida is messing things up on purpose and that trial is said to begin sometimes in 2025 or 2026 when no one cares about it any more
The hush money trial has already been delayed once or twice adn doubt it will start on April 15th. And the big one about Jan 6th is in limbo because of the Supreme Court who will not make a final decision and it will be dragged out forever as well.

The "stolen top secrets documents" trial is all but dead already when the trump-appointed judge demanded the only way a jury member can do their job is to look at every document that was stolen to see if it is indeed personal or government-top secret. Everyone knows it is IMPOSSIBLE for the jury to read those documents. (Hell just the process for ONE page is crazy, imagine the THOUSANDS of pages they have!?) The judge already decreed if the jury cant see the documents, there is no evidence allowed. ie. case is D.O.A. )
No other judges/courts/oversight committees has overruled this corrupt judge, so... it is what it is. Corruption in America & Trump is above the law.

@@trishbrown2297 He is already talking about his appeal. He knows Merchand will run a good trial and that he's guilty. The goal isn't to win this case in the court, but to mitigate its effects on the election. If he gets elected, then he makes a huge mess in the federal courts with whomever is appointed to fuck up the DOJ on his behalf, legal or not.
Then he just keeps appealing until some judge gives into the bribery or threats. The whole system only works if it stays strong in the face of a defendant, and when one has as much money, influence, and complete lack of morals that this defendant has all it takes is a judge or two to undermine justice until we have none.

We don't want Trump able to afford protection from Bubba, we want him to be Bubba's new prison wife. We don't want Trump to live in luxury either while he's in prison. The more money someone has the more stuff they're allowed to have in their cell and the less the Correctional Officers will raid their cell. Letting Trump spend so much money on legal fees and more to his lawyers for ever single case. He's not going to be able to afford a pair of underwear by the time is put away. If he was going to get away with everything, he would have gotten the investigations into him dropped, before he was ever indicted.
