The entire marketing side of apple got worse when steve died. That was really his greatest talent. Innovation was important to him, but how to sell that idea in a unique and attractive way was equally important to him. Apple still makes great products, but the innovation has gone down without steve and so the marketing is so generic and lame now without his vision. The literal definition of irreplaceable. Apple will never be the same without him.
I remember when my first customer had a iPhone 5c and he had trouble taking out the gross stuff out of the charging port. I got like $15 for the repair. And from that day, I remember that 5c
I'm using iPhone 8; an 3 year old device. It's amazing how smartphone that old can still be amazingly smooth and lag-free despite age and being loaded with apps etc. Best phone I've ever purchased so far.
