I had a similar experience. I had a friend of mine who said that when the iPhone 7 would come out, the volume and power buttons would be replaced with touch sensitive ones.

I know right? I’d probably still be using my beloved 5s if I didn’t finally dropped it due to a rabid possum zooming out from underneath my car! During the day... he/she went running in between my legs hissing at me! 😳🤣 I was so startled I threw it up in the air, & that was that. Yup! It’s kind of crazy, how quickly they make another phone! It’s literally as soon as some people change their clothes or underwear! 😳🤣✌🏻 Jk! Or am I. 🤨

The entire marketing side of apple got worse when steve died. That was really his greatest talent. Innovation was important to him, but how to sell that idea in a unique and attractive way was equally important to him. Apple still makes great products, but the innovation has gone down without steve and so the marketing is so generic and lame now without his vision. The literal definition of irreplaceable. Apple will never be the same without him.

In 2007, I was 13 and a freshman in high school. I clearly remember how revolutionary the iPhone was to the point I didn’t want a phone with a touch screen…give me all buttons! Lol…eventually that changed! I have the 12 Pro Max and it’s amazing!

I'm using iPhone 8; an 3 year old device. It's amazing how smartphone that old can still be amazingly smooth and lag-free despite age and being loaded with apps etc. Best phone I've ever purchased so far.

I started with the 4S, and loved the heck out of it. I had that because plans with the iPhone 5 were expensive…. But I probs would’ve gotten more mileage out of that thing if I got the 5, or even 5C

I recently got the IPhone SE from 2020, and I really like this phone a lot. It’s affordable for the most part. I’m just the type of person who can’t see spending upwards to 1k on a phone. Even if you have payment plans. It’s your prerogative though. To each their own. I was out of the store paying approximately $399.00. Whilst there were many Samsung phones that were way cheaper (199.00 & less) and did look👀 decent. I had Droid for years before Apple. Once I get used to something I just find it hard to go back. I recommend the Apple iPhone SE. that came out in 2020. It’s a nice little cellphone. Have a great day.. ✌🏻

Fun fact: me and my family have every iPhone that has come out because instead of getting rid of the old phone that doesn't work we keep it as memories and this has been our tradition since the first iPhone came out. Working for not, we have them and everytime I look I look at the collection it gives me major nostalgia.
