Hacia mucho tiempo que mis oídos no escuchaban una gran sesion de techno techno techno como esta. 18 años desde que se pinchó esta sesion y a dia de hoy no hay musica que la iguale.....vamooooos!!!!!! 💪🏼💪🏼
GODS ON EARTH 20 years ago FROM an age where dj's played vinyls records ... the 2 world's famous early producers of detroit's techno, dj's as good as live artists 1992 what an amazing mind blowed year for techno parties here in Belgium. thank you
As others have pointed out, this is actually a Mark Verbos promo mix from 2003. It's listed on his label's website simple-answer . com as "mark verbos - promotional dj mix recorded in nyc december, 2003". There's no reason to hate on this mix, it's just wrongly titled. It doesn't change the fact that it's an awesome mix.
It's so frustrating, I was 12 when they were playing this. I first heard techno at a friend's house when I smoked a spliff with his cool older lodgers at age 14 - got high for the first time listening to wicked techno. I looked for that shit in music shops up and down the land, but had no port of call for names other than magazines like Mixmag, which were a bit crap to be honest and mainly focussed on trance and indie, or some bollocks with Pete Tong and Judge Jules. Now the internet was borned, and UA-cam helpfully links similar items for you so a simple search for one artist can become a voyage of discovery for a whole new genre you never knew existed. *sigh* what could have been..

This is a reply to gizmoriderful. Bro, forget Detroit Techno?? Are u serious? Give respect where it's do. Any "real" Techno connoisseur will tell you that it's ground zero for real Techno. I just like good Techno, I really don't give a shit where it's made, but if I'm really liking it, almost all the time I find out it's from Detroit. The style is just raw as all hell. with FUNK and GROOVE. that's what a lot of Techno is lacking. It's not just about how hard it is. Has to have a little funk inside.
It's a Verbos's mix (2003) apparently, still epic here's the tracklist : www.mixesdb.com/w/1992_-_Jeff_Mills_&_Robert_Hood_@_Underground_Resistance_Label_Night,_N.H.S._Limelight,_Glasgow
