I just had this happen to me. You put your phone on the charger then push volume up volume down and hold the Siri button. Until the Apple logo comes on

Mine JUST did this! You press volume up and release then volume down and release and then hold the power button until the Apple logo appears. Mine was on with a black screen for nearly 24 hours before this hack finally fixed it.
@@martijnvanbakel1364 I had warranty period so I live in Bangladesh but bought my phone from Singapore then I sent my phone to Singapore Apple store they repaired it free of cost they changed my display
That’s siren noise means it’s calling the police ,the same thing happened to me but I just told the officer sorry my phone is broken it called on itself
Its current the problem of the backlight of your lcd/oled display, this is couse by any failure repair methode, if this is not your case, them try any tricks, if not working you should think of relacing it,

Finally fixed mine. Hold down volume and power button then asked Siri to take a selfie.

Go to settings>display&brightens> Turn off “Raise to wake”. It helps me.
