How much heat and air did u use
210- 60 for under fill removal
310-90 for part removal.
But it’s not about how much heat and air it’s about your knowledge and experience. Because other-side of the board is CPU and PM IC and couple of sec extra heat mean your board is dead.
I have about 1.2V on those pins but black screen with touch working. Is it possible?
I have the same issue replaced screen still blank is this likely to be the same problem i got ?
it might be, you can measure the the connector resistance to ground the way it’s explained in the video. We have explained just the faulty 2 lines measurement to shorten the video length.

Connector pe jo pins hein, Wo odd & even numbers pe hoti hein. Please explain the pins accordingly.

iPhone X pin31 on display connector goes direct to the CPU through L5730 (the one replaced in the video)
Short in that line seems not good to me(need to reball the CPU)
Remove L5730 and check if there is still a short on CPU side. If there is still short than CPU needs to be rebelled.

Did you do the voltage check with battery connected to logic board ?
Josie Sheppard do never repair or diagnose the phone while battery is connected. I warn, you can kill the phone very easily or make it even worse if repair with no experience and proper tools.

I’m only 16yrs old and trying to learn from tutorials like yours how to check if there is power to the l5730 I’m as what you would call a noob :) give me screen repairs and I can do any phone just not board repairs :)
