- Too often we get caught in wanting so many things from people but never want to do the work on teaching them how to provide those things. We can never teach them if we ourselves, don't know. Always remember to carry forgiveness in your heart, we're all human and the same way you can make mistakes that affect other people, those same people can make those same mistakes that end up affecting you. Empathy is a hard thing to achieve but can be done by allowing yourself to move past something hurtful.
I'm going to try to push out episodes more consistently and with more variety. Currently we have a episode planned around HBCU and black history month. Black men working in the tech industry and black men in the music industry. All those come with a specific guest so stay tuned Kenfolk!
Kens growth is elite. Physically, mentally. We weren’t sure how he really is in real life but from social media I love it. This man so beautiful 😭❤️

I’ve honestly met a couple of ppl who don’t know what love languages are. It really surprised me. Mine are:

Damn what I said about holding grudges and it messing with ur mental was deep and I felt that. Dealing with being in quarantine and having to evacuate for a hurricane in the same year made me work on me and my mental health with those grudges and being angry all the time or I was crying cus I couldn’t fix it. I was all over the place but I kept working and still working. But as of right now I’m in a good place. I needed this tonight. Thank u Kenfolk!!!

Ken i love this! People have to realize forgiveness is for you, not for the other party. Forgiveness allows you to fully have a clear mind and alot of the time you have to forgive people even if they are not sorry. Self forgiveness, forgivenesses within jobs, relationships, friendships, etc forgive and continue living life. As far as love language, once you learn yourself and become secure of who you are you begin to love yourself in your language first. Once you love yourself in your love language it is easier to convey to someone else how you need to be loved. We LIVE, LEARN and GROW! Keep going Ken and i am looking forward to the podcast with you and my girl De'arra.
during one of the first few months, i made my bf and i take the love language test bc i dead did not know how he wanted to be love. media in general doesnt teach us how to love but to crave love in all regards. its very important to understand your partner or you will just hit a blank wall everyday.
