Breaking Generational Trauma.. Ft. Kimberly Shannon Murphy
Today we discuss the in and outs of breaking generational trauma in which I am joined by Kimberly Shannon Murphy to discuss her newly released book "Glimmer".
Generational trauma is the transference of traumatic experiences or stressors from one generation to the next. One of many types of trauma, it can happen through direct experience, witnessing violence, or living in an environment where violence is a constant threat.

How Can We As Men, Elevate?.. (Self Care, Losing Friends & Creating a Foundation)
Переглядів 603Рік тому
Today Peter and I had a long talk about how we as men can elevate mentally and physically. Self care is an important piece that a lot of men deem "feminine" but in reality it creates a peaceful mindset in life. Its foundational to take care of yourself in all aspects of life despite what a societal construct has told you. Be yourself but work on yourself at the same time. Don't try to be someon...

Sudden Changes In Life...
Переглядів 2,8 тис.2 роки тому
Sometimes sudden and traumatic changes in life can drastically change a person for good or bad. In my case, it turned me into a depressed and sad person and the only way out of that state was for me to be vulnerable to the people around me. Wasn't an easy road but I've manage to become a lot more driven and determined through this process. I appreciate all the love and support through this proc...

Hiiiii Ken? :) Goodness, it's sooo good to finally see you again on the screen!! I still love me some you & De'arra... ALWAYS and that will never change, not ever because without the two of you I wouldn't have made this big change in my life. You both have been very inspirational, positive, driven, hardworking, fun, etc. yes, I stumble as a single mother, as an imperfect human being but I'm making progress in my life and I see it so thank God, thank you both so much for helping me a (45 year-old). But keep your head to the skies, keep doing you, keep focus and know that your favs have your back. I will always keep you in my prayers, I appreciate you for sharing so thanks for this great podcast, it's helpful and wish you the very best.

On the topic of féminin and masculine energy , I like to call them traits as they translate into behaviors , characteristics , capacities that shows our beautiful differences while nurturing our compatibility. Men and women compatibility. I agree that we both carry traits from masculinity and femininity BUT for a natural balance of wellbeing within self and the opposite sex we do need to have more of the energy matching our own sex. A ratio of 70% /30% at least . Once a man is too feminine , women aren’t so attracted to him and vice versa. The word « gender » was invented by psychopath sexologist John Money . Please do research about him and Alfred Kinsey an other sexologist psychopath.
