Dog Idiopathic Vestibular Syndrome, Old Dog Disease, Nystagmus

I completely freaked out when my dog started falling over and vomiting, but when I noticed the fast and uncontrollable eye twitching, I thought the end was near. Grateful for the veterinarian's knowledge and experience.

HORRIBLE. My 15 yr old Border Collie had this.. I saw went away mostly but not 100 %. I lost him less than a year after..
I miss him dearly.. Hope this old folk is doing better.. I also thought it was a stroke or brain tumor.. Brings back sad memories.............

Vet put her on an anti nausea medication. Don't remember the name. Time is what fixed her.
