Most stick built homes are only built with 2x4s. So this home is built well with 2x6s. That means its better insulated and more sturdy. Beautiful little home.

Really like the extra counters and cabinets in this kitchen, very much needed. Question ❓ can another linen cabinet be put on the other side of the master bathroom sink vanity? But up against the shower wall?
We could also add a big pantry cabinet between the exterior door and the wall cabs in the kitchen area. Yes, additional cabinetry could be added in bath as well!

This is not bad. There’s a lot of cute little features. The drawers in the kitchen are wonderful. But it’s the colors. I hate. I have visceral hate red of gray flooring. And there’s just too much gray in that floor to make me even consider this house. Sorry. I know some people love it, but not for me.
